I ordered my food which was top notch they didn?t miss a beat. Got up to pay at first window and girl stood there looking at me... and wouldn?t open window, she finally opened it and said nothing I asked her how she was doing and she didn?t respond, she tookmy payment and handed my card back to me. If your working a drive through window you have to talk to customers. Food was exactlyas I had hoped the other two gentleman were very polite. 1st issue was the speed of ordering at the drive-up. I arrived just before 9pm. Two vehicles were ahead of me in the inside... lane, and we all sat there waiting for someone inside to take the orders. I heard the vehicle at the speaker box yell "HELLO"multiple times. Based on my receipt, I ordered at 9:05p.m. Slow by FAST FOOD standards. I live 0.7 miles away, a whopping 3minute drive home. Yet, when I got home, I had two medium fries and three McDoubles that were cold. How this could be allowed toget to this temperature without a food violation and safety risk is beyond me. I had to microwave my food. I called to make themanager aware at 9:28pm and spoke to a female who identified as a manager. When I explained my problem, I received, "oh, Ididn't know. Do you want a refund or for us to remake the food?" No apology, and not shocked that the food was cold. The managernever identified herself. I did not want to drive back for a refund or to have food remade. This lousy service and food onlycompounded my already long day. I had hoped to get at least a hot meal for $16.15. If the beef was going to be cold, you couldhave at least left it uncooked and called it steak tartare. That might have made the over $15 price tag at least seem like adeal by calling it that. It?s honestly impressive how you manage to get every order wrong, but hey at least something is consistent at this McDonald?s. I... understand that every place has a bad night or a rough day, but every time I have gone here I wait upwards of 30 minutes. Mymost recent visit was an over hour long wait. I ordered a double quarter pound meal and a happy meal. I got to the window to payand they read back to a completely different order and mine was no where to be found. So we redid my order before I paid, then Ipulled to the pickup window only for the man working there to also have no clue what my order was. I had to give him my receiptand read it back to him. Managed to get my cold happy meal and I ended up with a quarter pounded with no pickle. Oh and stalebread, that was a nice touch. At this point I?m just convinced no one in this McDonald?s knows what they?re doing or cares aboutanything. But if you wanna wait an hour for the wrong food and teach the workers how to do their job while you wait then this isthe place for you. Read more

Despite the poor review this is by far my favorite McDonald's I've ever been to. I've lived here for several years and have... never once received a my correct order. The wife and I will make an evening of deciding on an order and betting on which partsof it will be wrong or missing. It's a great time and I recommend everyone make a game out of it like we did to avoid theinevitable disappointment of the staff's incompetence to put together the simplest of orders. Read more

Be careful placing a mobile order. Twice we have had issues. First time they "couldn't find" our order in the system. Even... though our order showed it had been picked up before we got there. They wouldn't remake it or refund us. Second time we ordered2 drinks. They accept the order at the first window then tell us that the machine is broken. Manager told us she couldn't do arefund and could not provide other solutions. They need better training on how to handle mobile orders. Read more

My husband and I love coming by to grab a easy meal. We usually come for breakfast and we LOVE the morning shift. The customer... service is excellent. However, we decided to come by for a quick dinner and as soon as walking in we heard an employee say theGD cuss word (more than once) behind us was another family with small children. The employee also asked us to use the kiosk toorder. My husband and I personally prefer ordering at the register so we were highly disappointed. Read more

Great service friendly faces fresh hot food.. The only complaint that I have is I asked for a sweet tea and I was given... unsweetened tea. That's why you should always check your order before you leave. Could have been an honest mistake but that'swhy I four stars. Read more
