Today I will give this place a 5, because of Natalie Morales Angel. She took her time to make sure our orders were correct and... fresh. We called this place to ask if it was open as far as the play place and I was given 2 different answers. It was weird.Just let us know if it's open or not. I frequent this location often. Every time I go to this location, they never have ice cream or slushees available without fail.... I have lived 3 minutes down the road from this location for 3 years and never received any type of ice cream I have tried toorder. I?m not sure if this location needs to order newer better functioning equipment. I?m not sure if the staff needsfurther training on how to prepare the ice cream they offer on the menu. Or perhaps the staff simply does not feel like makingice cream and denies it to customers unbeknownst to management. All I know is this, literally every other fast food restaurantin the nation has developed a way to reliably serve ice cream it offers to its customers. Either take it off the menu, fix theissue, or perhaps invest in a large red neon sign, similar to the hot and fresh donut sign at Kristy kreme that would turn on inthe unlikely event the store had ice cream to actually sell its customers. Got here, did the dine in using the touch screen. Order was called and not brought to us as the sign says. They did not supply... drink cups. Took them 5 minutes to acknowledge us when trying to get the drinks. Read more
Don?t go here if you have cash. Ordered $43 worth of food, went to pay and was told the owner doesn?t allow them to take a... hundred dollar bill. I?ve never in my life It?s cool We didn?t want to really spend our money here anyways Read more
Update 8/2022: STILL leaves you waiting with curbside orders. Also when they tell you to pull up with drive-through orders... forgets about you and makes up bogus reasons after you mention it to someone. 2 days this happened. 1 curbside order 1drivethrough. So between 2020 and 2022 nothing has changed here. Original 11/2020: used the mobile order app. It suggested weuse curbside pickup. Said 5 minutes. Took over 20 and we received a shreaded bag with open items. Also we were missing the mainsandwich from a meal and all of our sauces. The phone is disconnected and they keep the doors locked except for certain peopleso it was a huge issue even trying to get the missing items. Terrible. Read more
Fast and efficient order was correct and fresh and hot. There was even a shift manager working the drive thru she was so polite... and professional. 5 stars to this location I've never been to a better McDonald's ever. Read more
Wanted a large coke and nothing else, pulled in line, waited in the drive thru line closest to the building, and the far line... served 4 people before I just pulled off. I know everywhere is short staffed, and all, but dang?If it weren?t for it being theclosest one to me on my way home, I wouldn?t even go here. Read more
This is genuinely one of the worst McDonald?s. They consistently make our food wrong, don?t put things in the orders, or are... extremely hateful the entire time we?re ordering. Cant remember the last time we actually had something made correctly. Wouldnot recommend this location. Read more
