I wish I could leave negative stars. A young guest dropped his just purchased cookie on the ground in front of the counter and... they made Dad buy a replacement. I approached to let them know that an entire group of people just watched them waste theiropportunity to be human. I'll never give your company a penny of my money! So I had placed an order online for a birthday cookie cake around noon on Friday and had it scheduled to be picked up at 6:15... and I get there and they didn?t have it ready nor did they even know I placed an order. She told me if they don?t check theonline orders that they disappear after so long which makes no sense in my opinion. But it also shows that they weren?tbothering to check their online orders and if you?re not gonna bother checking them then don?t have it as an option to orderonline. Cake I ordered last year was done poorly. When I called to address the issues and dissatisfaction with it the promptly gave me a... certificate for free 16" round to use within one year. I just used it today to pickup another cake and there was a totaldifference in decoration. Much more detailed and resembled what I requested compared to last time.
