I wish I could leave negative stars. A young guest dropped his just purchased cookie on the ground in front of the counter and... they made Dad buy a replacement. I approached to let them know that an entire group of people just watched them waste theiropportunity to be human. I'll never give your company a penny of my money! I put an order to be picked up at 2pm and when I arrived my order was not ready and told me had to wait another 20 minutes this... is so unprofessional. I had something planned for my team and everyone showed up and I didn?t have my surprise. I need thislocation to do better planning!!! Read more
So I had placed an order online for a birthday cookie cake around noon on Friday and had it scheduled to be picked up at 6:15... and I get there and they didn?t have it ready nor did they even know I placed an order. She told me if they don?t check theonline orders that they disappear after so long which makes no sense in my opinion. But it also shows that they weren?tbothering to check their online orders and if you?re not gonna bother checking them then don?t have it as an option to orderonline. I will say they were very sweet and apologetic about messing up and they did reimburse me which was nice. Read more
Edit: bumping up stars because I put in the change to Google?s listed hours. I still wish they had done it themselves... first. Love them, but their hours are marked wrong online.
