I used to have a 1 star review for this location and never go inside due to things that had happened however since many changes... and certain employees who couldn't keep their hands to themselves have gone elsewhere I love this store, the employees are greatand I love being able to stop at subway on my way home. Clean and organized. The Cashier had a dry non- welcoming personality. Otherwise I like Mapco. If you buy certain items you get... more off of gas. Ask the cashier about it. Read more
Very rude employee here. Asked for buns and she got ill about it. Then they were offering a 2 dogs and drink deal but forgot to... mention you needed a card and they didn't even offer us a card. Read more
Stopped here (Oak Grove KY store) on 1/23/22. Didn't see anyone when I walked in. Made my selection s and went to the counter.... Employee on duty was sitting on box behind the counter playing with his mobile phone. Never greeted me, never even took his eyesoff his phone as I stood there and waited. Left my item on the counter and walked out. As I was entering my car, he finallynoticed me and looked at me as I left. Went down the road to Pilot where service was much better. Not a good way to run abusiness, paying employees to be inattentive, sitting down and ignoring customers. Read more
I used to religiously get my gas with this brand, many times at this station. Over the last six months, fuel quality has tanked... and my engine has knocked (and degraded timing to save itsself) every time I fuel up here. I ruled out my car being the issue byhaving my last four tanks at top tier (and top price) stations. I let them know but wouldnt take me seriously unless I presenteda bill for repairs. The chip readers on the pumps have been removed, and the card readers rarely work. All signs to goelsewhere. On I go. They get two stars since the knocks arent as big as when I had speedway gas. This place is convenient and very useful. The employees are extremely nice and helpful. They always have smiles on their faces... and willing to hop the extra miles for their customers. Most of the employees are over worked and under paid. The prices arealways good and their loyalty rewards program make everything easier. We visit here at least twice a week... Read more
MAPCO is not capable of being of being open 24 hours. Randomly closing especially at 6am during the week. There did not place a... sign on the door either. Read more
