This crew seems to be extremely lazy or they are short staffed. I went every day to prove a point. I tried to order food and the... excuse is they are out. In reality they don't want to cook it. I ordered some regular Krystals and they were "out". I orderedtheir new peach shake and they claim they are "out". Asked when was the last time they had it, literal response was they have itbut it's frozen and needs to be made. Come on, do better. Read more

Ate here before with no problems. Tried to eat here today, but couldn't. The icee machine was defrosting, milkshake machine was... out of order and the chili is on the menu, but the lady said it is seasonal. Technically, they seem to not have anything. Gosome place and eat. Read more
As soon as I walked in the restraunt was dirty. Then I ordered my food and while watching the manager on shift making my order... while utilizing g his phone and making food at the same time. I confronted him about it and he agreed that he was guilty andwrong but did not remake my food or the other food on the line. On top of that they didn?t even make my food correctly. Let me start by saying I went to this restaurant about a week ago ! Our food was cold ???? so last night I had went again for... carryout and I had mentioned that my food was cold last week the lady behind the counter says this is a new week and she wasvery rude if I was her manager I would have fired her and the manager on duty didn't act like it was any big deal !!! I do notrecommend nobody eating at this location they will hire just about anybody go to White castles for the little burgers!!! I wouldhave not left any stars if I could have done that beware.
