I?ve never seen 1 person ruin a dining experience more than the named Star, she was rude, not only to me but several customers.... She was just the only one standing around not taking orders. The wait for our food was way to long for popcorn chicken. And they are not hot and didn't have actual popcorn chicken was... crumbs. The portion of my 3 orders of popcorn chicken was very small and French fries box was not even full. When I went in theguy cashier was walking around so slow with no care in the world that he had people to wait on. One lady said she was waiting 15minutes to get her food. Then another customer asked for butter and honey. He slowly walked over with butter only. When sheasked for honey he said I didn't hear you. But didn't go get it for her. This location need to step up. Very unsatisfied withthis location. I would not recommend it to anyone. Go somewhere else. You do not get what you paid for. Read more
Absolutely terrible. Literally got half a bowl of Mac and cheese with 3 itty bitty pieces of chicken?? That?s awful. Not to... mention the place was disgusting inside. This place needs help. Read more
I was at this location and one of the ladies who apparently took and fixed my order, misunderstood me and gave me double mashed... potatoes when I ask for coleslaw, when I realized it I brought it to their attention and instead of just giving me the coleslawshe wanted to be right. She ask me to go back out to my car and get the extra potatoes before she would give me the coleslaw asif I was trying to get extra food. I was insulted. I wish I had just ask for a full refund because they were out of originalchicken for 25min and that's what I wanted. I was very disappointed with my food and service. I will say that another younglady just gave me the coleslaw, but I walked back to my car anyway because I didn't want anyone to think I was trying to getover, but I knew that they were just going to throw them away so I didn't bother bringing them in. I wish I knew her name so Icould post it. I will say that she was a Caucasian and they lady who was kind to me was Afro-American, and I did thank her fordoing what the other employee/boss or whom ever she was should have done. The coleslaw was the only thing I enjoyed out of thatmeal and she didn't give it to me. One more thing she said I could just pull back around to the window if I didn't want to comeback in. On Mon 8/8/22, I purchased an 8 pc chicken from the KFC on Guthrie Hwy and I was certain someone forgot to put any seasoning on... the extra crispy chicken but after speaking with the on duty manager and GM they assured me the seasoning came in with theflour. The GM told me that she did the mix that day, and I suggested she taste that bland chicken because there wasn't even ahint of salt to be found on the meat! What a waste of my money. Disappointed. Ordered and had farther to drive than the time was supposed to take to be ready. Yet still waited almost 15... minutes to get our food. Was told TWICE, it would be about 5 mins they were waiting on the chicken. FINALLY got the food andevery bit was cold. One breast was missing the skin. KFC dropped the ball and we got the shaft. I love the spicy chicken sandwich when it's prepared properly. One of the problems with these fast food chains is a lack of... consistency and employees lack people skills. All tables needed to be wiped off so I cleaned ours and the floor is clean butsuper slick. I would not recommend this KFC. Read more
Placed an online order with an error in it. I called and asked to fix the error that was no change in charge, but was told they... wouldn't do that until we arrived to get the order. Upon arrival I was told it would be 20 minute wait to get the dark meat 8piece box instead of the mixed box. No one mentioned that on the phone and ruined my lunch break even though I called. Callingcoorporate I'm sick of this place taking my money. Got the order home and it was missing biscuits and all the sauces weresmashed in the bottom of the bag, food super cold even though we took the food as give and there was hair in it!!!
