So I went in with my daughter on Saturday and while we both loved the food, (always do) I wish the service would have been... better. She said her name Alexis or Alexa. She didn't seem to care, she had attitude, and we never got a single refill on ourdrinks. While we watch the other girl working with her, refill her tables drinks and get rid of used dishes our server seemed tono care at all. Just great food with poor service. Read more
We came around 12 or so. I have to give them 5 stars. They were so accommodating towards me and my 4 children. We had the best... seat and honestly had the best waitresses. They made sure we had everything we needed from beginning to end. The food was verygood. Perfect portions and they have other varieties in their menu. Location was great too. I had the calamari Appetizer and shrimp and sweet potatoes meal. It all was covered in fried oil. tasted like it came out of the... freezer bags. Not what I expected for the reviews on Google. it was terrible they had no fresh fish except for salmon on a saladwhich my partner got and it was dry. he Also ordered the Clam chowder soup and he did not eat at all he said it tasted like thecans of he gets out of the store. For people that have food allergies to certain types of seafood. This place is for you. They don?t cook the shellfish in the... same pot. They steam what you order in a bag. So someone like me that?s only allergic to shrimp. I can?t order what I want andnot worry about cross contamination. Read more
First-our waitress was super sweet. But I do feel that the restaurant was understaffed. There didn?t seem to be any sense of... urgency. We were promised bread and asked for it twice...never got it. Ordered oysters, had to ask where they were after we gotour entrees. The food was tasty. Everything was cooked the way it was requested. But it wasn?t as good as I had hoped. Listen, there's a boat theme group table you can eat at with your party, awesome! What selection of food!? My waiter and host... had their favorites they liked to recommend. We ordered it up, the Juicy seasoning was a favorite in the shrimp boil. We likedour sushi. And our waiter was so patient with my toddler trying to describe spam misubi for the chef ha, they brought a bowl ofrice for her. We ordered chicken wings which were amazing, and the catfish sandwich. Gotta love the Cajun fries too. Read more
