I?ve ordered from this place both online and in person probably over 100 times, or damn well near that number. Jimmy Johns has... always been the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of McDonalds. Sandwich was wrong. Asked for onions didn't get then. Staff is non-communicative. They treat you like you are disturbing them.... Had to ask them to do an additional transaction so I could get chips and a drink with the combos I just purchased. Cashierwatched me ask my son what kind of chips he wanted before he read me the total. In turn it cost more to buy them seperate of thesandwich. They only added 1 drink and 1 bag of chips for 2 people. He did offer another transaction to correct it but infrustration I gave up on it being a reasonable experience. Collected my food and left. Sandwich was terrible I took one bitethrew it in the trash and went next door to west coast taco shop. It had more pickles on it than meat and cheese combined.Silver lining my seven year old enjoyed his chips and Sandwich. I won't be back to this location for sure. I love the simple sandwhich. A little over price for something I can make at home. However, I love the simplicity.
The last two times my order was not prepared per instruction. Ingredients completely left off sandwich.
Pretty upset... After days of watching commercials for the new summer wraps, I thought I would try the chicken Caesar salad wrap... and my husband tried the Thai chicken wrap. I did a curbside pickup. Pulling into the parking lot, I realized that there is no"Curbside" parking. I arrived, put my hazards on (like the email instructions say) and waited THIRTY MINUTES. I went inside toask what was going on, only to find out my order was sitting on a shelf this entire time. The tracker didn't even say that myorder was finished, just that it was received. The worst part of it all... My CHICKEN Caesar salad wrap had NO chicken. I didn'teven realize until halfway through when I kept asking myself why it tasted "off" and opened the wrap. I love Jimmy John's and their sandwiches but this locations delivery service sucks. It has been an hour since I have placed my... order and I still have not received it. I even called to make sure they received my order and they said they were really backedup. I understand if you are backed up. But an hour+ on making and delivering a sandwich when I am only a mile down the road. Itis terrible. I am at work and can not leave and that is why I just didn't go and get it myself. Read more
