I usually order through the app. Food is good, and menu options help me to eat lower carb. But . . . They seem to always miss a... detail in my online pickup. One time they left the lettuce out of my bowl, another they didn't include bacon i requested. Today,they got my chips wrong. Read more
Boy, am I sorry to say that I?m from Jersey. This place wouldn?t make it past the 1st coffee break. Cold bread, no butter, thick... sliced meat and cheese. Then, to top it off, we had to wipe down the filthy, sticky table, even though there were 1/2 dozenemployees doing squat. Horrible, never again! Read more

Love Jersey Mike's food. Tonight I went there and they had a young black man, probably 15 or 16, working the dressing/wrapping... station. He had short dreads. I describe him because I didn't catch his name. Anyway, I get a 13 with a lot of things onit....in a wrap. It's a tough roll. He took his time, was very careful and the wrap still ripped on him. He quickly got tofixing it with a new wrap, but then took the same care in making my wrap again. No rush. He got it on the 2nd go. The hole timehe was cool, polite to me and his co-workers, and again, he seemed to care about getting it right. The wrap was delicious.Really appreciated that young guys style. We ordered a giant turkey sub with all the toppings on the side. As you can you from the photo, we had a sprinkle of turkey meat... on this $15 sub. Additionally, they just threw all the toppings to include oil & vinegar in the container open. Which leaked allover my sub bread from the ride home. Soggy bread. We called to notify them and they just left us on hold. I have eaten atJersey?s mike all over from coast to coast and this location has made the worst sub sandwich ever. I expect to get what I paidfor. For $15 dollars provide all of the meat that comes with the sandwich, don?t be so careless when packing the toppings, andnot serve us whatever meat is left. Read more
Great place to eat at, and it?s sure close to Fort Campbell. Staff are super friendly. The brand new kitchen and grill look... absolutely amazing. It?s a 180 degree improvement from what they had before. I have attached the pics. Read more
They used to make great subs. The bread is old and dried out, the meat is super thin, so is the cheese. It is not worth the trip... or money to eat here anymore. Read more
