Servers are always friendly and always have a good experience here. However, today was different, the cooks were the issue. No... one was communicating and the portion sizes were all over the place. My kids each ordered a pancake and one came out the size ofthe plate and the other was not even half the plate. I said something to the server and she just said yeah I mentioned it andthat was it. It's a hit or miss. I've gone a few times, the last time was to meet my visiting family from out of town. They were told that... they would not be able to serve a party of 6. They were going to leave until another server took over. Her service was actuallyover the top. She was helpful and kind. I went back after that and sat for about 15 minutes without acknowledgement which wasfrustrating because my mom is diabetic and needed to eat ASAP but the service was friendly and the food was well prepared. Ican't say I'll go back any time soon since it's been such spotty service but it's a decent place to grab breakfast. Just don'tbe in a hurry a have a larger party. There is parking out front, generally the plaza isn't that busy so you can find a spot ortwo close by. They do have highchairs and boosters for little kids, no carseat ones but I was okay with that. Seriously unimpressive. As we transition to post-COVID dining, wow-what a disappointment. This is based on two recent visits... within two weeks. Both times - longer than acceptable waits from seating to coffee. Orders take longer. Most recent visit, myhuddle house bowl was warm, not hot & fresh. The floors seemed sticky and we're certainly back to pre-COVID lack ofcleanliness. So-as minimum wages increase and servers used to expect tips to compensate for employers' low wages, can wereduce the amount we tip? Funny how that works. And-with higher prices, wth is a supply chain adjustment? Read more

We arrived Saturday at 9:30 am. There was a 20 minute wait to be seated that turned into about 30. We sat and ordered at 10 am.... We left at 11:10, we never got our food. Either the waitress or the kitchen lost our ticket. We were told "Your food should beout soon" then 30 minutes later we still hadn't received it. We asked the waitress to just bring whatever is ready so we couldstart eating. After one hour and 10 minutes we were asked if we wanted to place our order again. We walked out. Our waitresswas super sweet. But not often you leave a restaurant far hungrier than when you entered it. Read more

Had a great server, and the food was delicious! I can't say enough good things about the quality & quantity of food. Our server... was attentive without being intrusive, and it was such a lovely experience. Highly recommend! Read more

We purposely avoided this place, so this was our first visit. Now we?re kinda upset we avoided it at all! Wasn?t too crowded... so there was only one server; however, she was the most attentive and friendly server ever. It didn?t take long at all to getthe food. This will definitely not be our last visit! My only regret on this visit is getting the 3rd patty on my burger! I?mstill paying the cost sequences for that decision! Read more

This is the absolute worst location I?ve ever experienced. It is impossible to place an order on-line because there is always... issues with the site. You can not call in an order by phone even if the issues with ordering are the responsibility of HuddleHouse. I was told once when I came in that they were only serving dine in customers only and I was unable to place my order. Ifyou are so lucky to actually get food then I?d suggest closely evaluating to make sure they put your entire order in the bag andmade the food according to how you ordered it. I have eaten there three times because I really wanted to believe in them andsupport a new business in the community. I had issues with all of the above I just spoke about. Once I regret, I brought my foodback. The staff tried to fix it but still messed it up. When I asked for a refund they refused it and would only give a storecredit. The next time I came in to redeem the credit the price of what I order the last visit wasn?t the same as my new order inprice and they did not want to reissue me a new credit with a new balance even though I could prove the price difference. Theyonly asked if I wanted something else but if that where so I would have ordered it at first. I say all that, to say, please bevery mindful and proceed with caution! I hope the owner takes this seriously before they lose the faith of there patrons. Iwould really like to see this business do well but that will completely be up to the management to try a new approach. Read more
