Order over 40 Dollars worth of food via app the whole order was wrong they gave me three small hash browns verses what I order... and 5 biscuit sandwiches that were utterly wrong nothing had extra bacon nothing was wrong had to go in to get my mobile orderthey wouldn?t give it to me I had to Go In and wait even though I called my order in ways advance this store really needs to getthere shift and team together. I had to come back and get the remake so I wasted 30 minutes driving back and back after my firsttrip I should be compensated for my gas and time! I will be contacting the BBB regarding the poor service level Of thislocation, when I came in they were talking about me as well?.. great customer service yeah I was mad how about you work at yourwages and have someone mess your order up that may have taken 8 hours to be able to afford at min wage in Tn! Visited the drive thru of the Madison street location today. I will never go back. As soon as I pulled up to the intercom the... employee yells "You're going to have to wait!" Then I hear an audible sigh/groan. I would not allow that type of person to serveme food any day of the week. If you're busy, say so. I waited in line I understand. No need to yell. This location has alwayssucked with slow service, sloppy food, and horrible customer service. Avoid and visit the other location if possible. Read more
Ordered hot ham & cheese sandwich & curly fires. The sandwich was COLD & the fries were COLD & OLD! What are you doing... Hardee's?!? You served food that you wouldn't even eat to a paying customer! This was my 1st & last visit to this location.Shame on you all! Read more
I almost never write reviews anywhere for anything however my experience was so bad I just have to share. Recently they changed... there menu however I dont know if they changed anything properly on there computers or what happened because the last two mealsIve gotten there have both been different pricing on the menu compared to what I payed. Usually the menu is a 1$ cheaper thanwhat you'll actually up paying and with tax it takes a 10$ meal too 13$ almost which isnt a huge deal however its verymisleading. There food has also went from fresh every time to cold and tough to eat. there new menu is awful half of it is cakedin whatever they could find so there almost no consistency between orders. one bacon cheese burger could have 2 pieces of baconand the next it could have 6 its awful at this point and I dont think ill be returning here anytime soon based on multiplefactors not also pointed out here like giving me the wrong size drink or fry, making me come inside on multiple occasionsbecause they forgot about my order or food apart of my order, if you ask for light sauce they dont care and ruin your burgeranyway. just stay away if you wanna get in and get out because lets be honest if I wanted to spend 13$ on food I might aswell goto a restaurant. el bracero down the road and there takeout is great you can get salsa chips and half there menu for 13$. I had very low expectations since the reviews were so mixed, but wow was I pleasantly surprised! We came for lunch and our food... was hot and crispy, and you know how some places taste like old oil? Not here! It all tasted clean and delicious. The bestchicken strips I've had in a long time!! I enjoyed my food so much I forgot to take a picture before I finished it haha. I don'tknow how it looked before the remodel, but it's so nice inside! Comfortable seating, nice big tinted windows, very clean. Andthe young lady who took our order and the man with glasses on the grill were both really nice to us and fast!! Maybe we gotlucky that we came when it wasn't slammed when we came in for lunch today (Saturday), but we highly recommend giving thisHardee's a try. :) Read more
Worst experience ever. The fries were old and extremely hard. They were so hard they were crunchy. The chicken tenders taste... llike burnt grease. They were cooked to fast and slightly raw in the middle. 22 dollars gone down the drain. I will never eathere again. It was such a horrific experience. Read more
I ordered two burgers (with extra veggies, and one with added pepperjack) some chicken tenders, fries, sodas, and a salad with... vinagrette dressing from doordash. The dasher was Great, super fast. However, what came was fries that tasted of burnt oil,tenders that tasted of burnt oil, no salad dressing, NO BUNS and no pepperjack. Don't order from this place. So bummed becauseI love Hardees food. My order says nothing about leaving things off, we made additions only. I'm all for supporting my localbusinesses, but this wasn't like... one little oops, the whole order was bunged up badly with no explanation or anything. Theyjust sent bad food. PS. Regardless of how many employees are on staff at the time they only take one order at a time. By that I mean you have to sit at... the intercom until they have completed the order in front of you and that customer has driven away. Average wait time in line isabout 20 minutes with about 4 to 5 cars. Most of the orders are very minimum should only take about 90 seconds to make and giveto the customer. On a corporate level I would think y'all would be concerned about this for there is a major loss in business.Every time I'm in the drive-thru line multiple cars get tired of waiting and leave. I come here quite often and it's obviousthat most of the managers are either not trained properly or do not care because they are usually worse than the otheremployees. Read more
