We had a vow renewal and we were blown away with how beautiful and delicious everything was. Everyone loved the red velvet and... vanilla arrangements we had. While visiting my daughter for her birthday, I was searching for gluten free bakery options. I found GiGi's Cupcakes via a... Google search. I purchased 3 "gluten friendly" (they don't have a separate kitchen) 2 regular (strawberry shortcake / Birthdaysurprise) and 2 cheesecakes. These gourmet cupcakes fresh and delicious. The regular cupcakes were moist and light. The icingwas butter cream with bits of strawberry and the other rolled in sprinkles. The gluten friendly cupcakes were the consistency ofpound cake. Their cupcakes are delicious and I love that they make -champagne cupcakes- and offer vegan, gluten free and low sugar... options. I do wish the lemon champagne cupcakes had a little more flavor (like a tart lemon icing and more champagne flavouredcake base) their regular icing on the cupcakes lean more on the sweet side but the base was fluffy and perfect. The cupcakes area good size too with plenty of icing for that sweet tooth craving. My husband would give them 5/5 with how much he loves sugarysweets. Haha. However, That is me being critical! I gave the 4/5 stars because they are really expensive in my personal opinion.I spent $22 for only 5 cupcakes. I do also wish they offered a first time customer discount as I've only been once. I will becoming back because they are the best around with their flavor selections. I personally would love to see more fruit tart/sweetor nutty combinations. I would also like to see if they would think of offering some type of reward program because I am acupcake connoisseur and will probably go once a week or so. Read more

I pickedout an peanut butter and Reece's cupcake. It was so amazing. The employees here package your cupcake in an awesome little boxthat holds it in place on the trip home. After that, you can then enjoy your cupcake with or without milk. I highly recommendbringing your kids here and family too. It's a MUST have to at least go once while you are in Clarksville. These cupcakes were for my daughters gender reveal party. First of all we tried three times to finally place the order. My wife... went to the store on a Friday as the gender reveal was the following Saturday... so a week out. At the store no one was thereto take the order and she was assured that someone would call her the next day to take the order and that did not happen. Monday my wife called in the order, Tuesday she received a call and was told that the design was not possible and asked if shewanted to cancel, Which we should have done, but we were in a jam as Saturday was fast approaching. My wife at that point justordered plain cupcakes with pink icing in the center and asked if they would be ready at 230 Saturday. At 2 she was called andadvised the cupcakes had been burned and they were starting over but would be ready at 230 but not any earlier. We went to thestore at approximately 240 and they were not ready. Finally at about 3 they were brought out and bagged. To be fair we did geta discount for taking so long but still made us very late to the party and when it came time for the cupcakes we opened the boxand....look at the pics. Needless to say we were late and now embarrassed for our contribution to the gender reveal. Weexpected more from Gigi?s Cupcakes, very disappointed. Read more
I came all the way from Augusta Georgia to visit my Aunt in Icu At the hospital called Tennova. While visiting my aunt people... craved about the famous Gi gi' s cupcakes. So we decided to try them out but When we arrived there were flies and Knats insidethe cupcake glass cases flying around on all the cupcakes when I asked that lady Were those the only cupcakes she told us yes.THE Gluten free cupcakes in the glass were the only ones she had. Then I told her the flies were in the care and she ignored thefact that they were there. So I was like I'll pass and we left. That was not sanitary or professional. 10-22-22 at around like3pm.
