Had to check out Fat Shack while in town visiting from NC, & it did NOT disappoint! I had the Fat Gorbie, & my husband had the... Philly. We both loved what we had. Everything came out quick, prepped perfectly, & tasting excellent! It was also fun to look atthe mural of local athletes & talk about the ones we knew. Our double cheeseburgers were burnt and charred. They were hard and dry. The chicken fingers were old looking as well. Nothing... either resembling the photos on the website. If you like deep fried bar food all put onto a sandwich, then this place is a must have. The combinations of food on a sandwich... may look or even sound bad, but every bite will make you excited to take another. Ordered food tonight and didn?t receive my burger with my order. I called the restaurant hoping they would right their wrong,... because we are humans and we do mess up. However the manager was unprofessional and didn?t get on the phone to try and resolvethe problem and told the gentleman that answered there was nothing she could do and the gentleman I originally spoke with thatanswered the phone thought it was funny! The guy even told me that they had someone new that just started so I was trying to beunderstanding but I didn?t get a burger that I paid for at ALL! They tried to say it was DoorDash fault but when my food wasdelivered it was still tied up so the mistake was on FatShack! This was my first time trying this place and what a horribleexperience it has been and I won?t be spending my money with a business who doesn?t value their customers. If I could give zerostars I would for the zero cares they gave when I expressed how my order was incorrect. I hope they do better! Read more
So I went to fat shack at 10:00pm. As per usual, they were out of a lot of things. That is fine, I know they get busy during the... day. But what isn?t fine is that I waited almost an hour for my one sandwich, and they didn?t even make it correctly. Not onlydid my sandwich not have bacon, or mozzarella sticks, but I asked for regular ranch instead of Buffalo since I can not handleanything spicy. When I got home and opened my sandwich, it was literally pouring with sauce. I couldn?t even see the contents.But it had Buffalo ranch, AND regular ranch. It looks like they tried to cover up that they accidentally put Buffalo on bycovering it with a ton of ranch. I couldn?t even finish it because of the copious amount of sauce and it was burning my mouthbecause of the Buffalo sauce. A huge disappointment. Read more
