Trying to order a single donut with them is like asking them to do advanced quantum physics. By the time I narrowed it down with... them to a powered filled donut (filling is still a mystery of what I really got) I didn't even want to order anything else. Idrove down to other location on Tiny Town to get the rest of my order. Even so I stayed polite and said thank you which sent thedrive thru woman into a tailspin like politeness was her kryptonite. The look on her face, I was sure she was about to shrivelup in agony and disappear into a puff of powder from the only other donut they apparently had. Pretty bad. Walked up to the window, asked for a large coffee, lady looked at me like I had asked her to fix my car. She... fumbled around for nearly 10 minutes trying to get it together. In her fumbling, she dented the rim of the cup causing a leak.It got everywhere! In the cup holder, on my seat, on me. I dumped it and drove away as there was just no fixing the leak. How do you get 2 different bagel pieces? Explain this? This place is a bad representation of what dunkin donuts strive for.... Customer service are usually great at other locations but this specific location need to be re-educated on how a dunkin shouldrun. They need to put a clear sign to let other customers know that Mobil orders customers are allowed to cut infront of you.Because if you are waiting and then someone just pulls up and cuts you off, what would your reaction be? How can you be a donut place but almost never have any donuts? Should be able to post on the app what you are out of so people... don?t waste their money. Then say that you can?t refund them and they have to call customer service? That?s the biggest lie I?veever heard of.
