This place is horrible. This morning I ordered a coffee for my fiancé and I. I?ve been a Dunkin? Donuts fanatic ever since a... little kid. I?ve stopped at this place several times and every time I stop it?s never a good time. Today I ordered a nitro coldbrew with sweet cold foam and a pumpkin spice latte for her with half dozen of donuts. While ordering I was informed that theycan only do my brew in a small? I was confused. Why can?t I pick a size? I get to the window then worker proceeds to tell me ifit was okay with a regular cold brew, her taps were not working. So you?re going to charge me for a ?nitro? but give me ?bottomshelf? coffee. I said I guess. Red flag number one. Then I proceed to wait by the curb because the coffees weren?t ready. Shortmoments later a worker comes out and hands me the drinks. He said ?So sorry about the wait we actually got the nitro to work.? Isaid all right while I looked at him confused as to what he handed me? It looked like they poorly poured it, no sweet cold foam,NO ICE, was this left over coffee?? like cmon if I wanted this kind of service and product I would have went to McDonald?s. Istrongly believe this wasn?t a nitro cold brew as I?ve been to the other location in Clarksville and they get my order to me ontime and correct. Today marks the day that DD has lost my business from now on and I will be going to Starbucks instead. Myfiancé was correct Starbucks is the way to go, longer wait lines, BUT AT LEAST, I don?t have to be guessing what I?m about todrink. See attached photos and order number. Read more
I love Dunkin Donuts. The staff is friendly and attentive when taking orders. Please don't blame them when they run out of... donuts. It's not their fault. They always try to offer alternatives. I love the Pumpkin Spice Lattes. Read more
They never have any donuts on the menu, got lazy workers, don?t make the donuts, there coffees aren?t even half as good as the... Dunkin on post, there cofffee taste like it?s been sitting in a pot for 24th and stale. Donuts the little they do have arealways stale. Need new workers Read more
I had to delete another one star review just to post another one star for this place. Definitely won?t be coming back because... they still suck. Went inside to order an iced pumpkin spice Americano. As I was standing there watching my drink being made, Isaw a manager (or I?m assuming she was because the guy asked her for help) tell the guy to put the pumpkin spice flavoring in,COLD BREW COFFEE and water. It was disgusting and I paid $4.26 for watered down coffee. They didn?t even touch the espressomachine nor did they listen to my order or when I said I wanted an extra shot of espresso. I have never once tried to get something from here that they actually had in stock. They are ALWAYS our of EVERYTHING.... Consistently. For over a year. As an uber eats driver I stopped accepting orders from this place because it was that bad. Itclearly suffers from terrible ownership and management. Don't even bother going here, and most importantly do not order foodfrom here on Doordash or uber eats, you will be forced to pay for it, unable to cancel it, and you will get something completelyrandom because they WILL be out of what you want, every single time. This is the iced coffee with extra cream they gave me. No ice, and pretty gross. When I ordered they said they didn?t have iced... decaf but they could make it with regular decaf. When we went back to ask for a different coffee they were rude and said ?Itried to explain to her that this is what a decaf iced coffee is...? and when my husband said ?well it should still taste good,right? she closed the window on him.
