I?m from El Paso Texas but I went to Tennessee to see my boyfriend staying on an army base in the area so when he told me about... a great Mexican restaurant in Clarkesville I genuinely didn?t believe him I thought it was gonna be some white washed nachos andquesadillas but no!!! I was so pleasantly surprised and I am not exaggerating when I say this is some of the best Mexican foodI?ve ever had. Food is decent but the customer service could be better. The waiter was great overall. I asked for an explanation of the receipt... due to no wording explaining the prices. Cashier came and started raising his voice at me as he tried explaining the receipt. Iapproached to reason as to why that had occurred and it almost escalated to a fight. A lady that was more reasonable heard meout and we agreed upon the unclarity of the receipt. I hope the gentleman gets a better understanding as to what good customerservice is. Read more
How this restaurant is rated as high as it is has got to be a mystery. One is greeted with a parking lot with potholes and... uneven pavement. While chips do come to the table warmed, the ?salsa? is tomato sauce with a dash of hot sauce. The steak in myburrito was so salty, I?ve probably developed high blood pressure. Others of my party ordered quesadillas but all they receivedwere glorified soft tacos: meat folded into a flour tortilla. Nothing else. No cheese or anything to cut the salty flavor. Yuck. Read more
