The staff is friendly and hardworking, they sometimes seem to get overwhelmed however they give it their best and their menu... selection, food options, actual food and delivery by both Pizza Hut delivery guys and DoorDashers get the food out the door intothe customers as fast as possible. I love there pizza the quality and price with there coupons or specials I'd awesome especially the taste and for that you would... have 5 stars!!! But iv ordered 7 pizzas in the last 2 weeks with the 7.99 for large 3 topping, I order it online on the app onlyI can't get wha t I want I order a split pizza once side is pepperoni,onions and green peppers for my brother, my side I likeham pineapple and bacon only it says this store is out of ham so I can't get ham cause it's been out for 2 weeks!!! Only when Iput in for a Hawaiian special witch cost more all of a sudden I can order ham so to try to get what I want I call the store toorder tge 7.99 special when I'm told tha t this store don't offer that special even tho I ordered it in the app afterimmediately hanging up and I did so cause the alternative was a large 3 topping for 13.99 double the price so I see this as acatch to save money offer what sounds good make them want it and then make it impossible to order it with out without spendingmore money and I'm sorry but ham I mean I feel like this is the cheaper of the meats but I'm very upset that they have it set upto where I can't get what I want at the price that they come up with and offer don't offer the 7.99 if you can't honor or givethe customer what they want and the woman to say on the phone she found an alternative for double the price????? You would think these high volume locations would be prepared, but you'd be wrong. I travel for work. Ofc people always seem... to want me to get dominos? Since it's cheap/ easy. I always go order/ pickup myself to keep an eye on the process.. so I sitthere listen to people orders lost on the app. Calls about slow delivery/ cold food. Skip all that. DIY. Better control. I ordered a sandwich from here and asked for certain things to not be on that sandwich. My husband went and picked it up brought... our food home and the sandwich had the stuff on there that i didn?t want. There was so much of it on there that i couldn?t evenpick it off. I called the store and asked for it to be remade and the girl on the phone said it would be 15 minutes. I said okaythat?s fine, my husband goes back to pick it up maybe 20 mins later and they haven?t even made it yet! I was definitely excited to try the Apple Dip. Kinda sad about the portion size of it. Gave 3 stars because I also tried the... cheese dip and twists and the portion size was great and tasted great! Apple Baked Dip portion was a let down. Read more
I first want to say, I live Domino's I am writing because it is the 3rd time this has happened, so I want them to pay attention.... My husband and I get the pizza most of the time, but we also get the chicken nuggets. Well, this is about the Nuggets, Theytastes Great, but Our issue is that we will be given a corner that broke off another nugget and it is counted as one of our FullNuggets. This place is a constant disappointment and has been for 4+ years. Yes, I know... it's Domino's, shouldn't have had high... expectations in the first place. They're the only one in our delivery area, and we've never had a problem with ant of theothers. Their delivery always takes a good 30-45 minutes longer than quoted, making the food always be barely warm when itfinally gets here. I'm sure it's a management issue, recurring issues over years makes it glaring. Order here with lowexpectations. Domino's on Fort Campbell blvd... you suck at running a pizza shop. Read more
