I order from them quite frequently and this time accidentally put the wrong address. I called them to see where it got delivered... and was told my neighbors had it. I asked them what was I supposed to do or what could I do about it being delivered to thewrong house. They told me again that my neighbor had it and wanted to know if they could bring it to me. I kept saying I didn?tknow if I was comfortable with that with all the viruses going on right now. The man I talked to was fine but the girl in thebackground kept over talking him and saying that it wasn?t their fault I put in the wrong address I understand that and neversaid it was their fault I just wanted my food with out it being touch by so many people. Went inside for my free carryout that I earned from ordering from them all the time. I order the same for myself all the time... very frequently. They slick.tried to charge me even tho I redeemed points and had the screen shot from the app to show it waszero Balance. After discussing that they finally fixed it. Orders were already getting messed up. Finally got my pizza and ithad so much spinach on it and it was burned but my dumb self didn't check it before I left because I was in a hurry. O was toomad. Domino's has always been a random mess. Every location varies and most shifts too. I travel and co-workers like this for... snack dinner. Skip the Bs and the apps. I always go get my own pizza. I ordered at 7:25pm Had to call them back because they never came to deliver the pizza. The girl who answered the phone has a... nasty attitude Left me on hold for 15 minutes. When she got back on I asked when they would arrive and Gave me an attitude. Ijust asked for my money back the last I called at 9:00 pm.
