Delicious, authentic Korean food. As a Korean-American, this place is a gem to eat real homecooked meals. I visit Clarksville... every few months to see my elderly aunt, and always order takeout for our dinner during my stay. The portions are very generous,banchan (side dishes) are freshly made, and prices are great. Its location may seem hard to find, but don?t let that deter you-the food is excellent and high quality. You can ask for most of the menu items to be veganized no problem, which is great! Hard to find in some korean restaurants. I... met the owner once and she told me she is plant based, so you can feel confident that they understand what vegan means whenordering. The food is always good, and served in large portions. Well priced and always a pleasant experience! There can be abit of a language barrier with the chef but she's always friendly and understands your order and your needs. Edit: So I have increased my rating to max stars. I have come back several times since first review and this restaurant has not... disappointed. The food is so flavorful. Broth in stews is awesome. Spices in meat dishes are superb. Every dish is distinct inits flavor. Heck i had the chicken wings and they were so delicious. If you are looking for something made like fast food thisis not it. Food is made to order so larger parties might have to wait a little longer. They also serve side dishes of assortedkimchi. Food is delicious Full of flavor Portions were sizable. Decor is not much of anything but the food and servicedefinitely make up for it. Plenty of parking Prices were reasonable. Dining area has about eight to ten tables so plenty ofseating for the entire family. It was very quiet while I was there. They could play some music or turn a tv to break thesilence. Something of a dive that you need to look for as it's in a small strip center a little off the road. Price seemed high and then... you notice the portion size, it was large. The best part, it tasted really good. The lady who owned it does not speak muchEnglish, but it added to the charm and she had an all Army family as both her kids and husband was in the service. Yet another delicious Korean Spicy Pork meal!!! I give this full 5 stars! The food was absolutely delicious and completely... authentic. Everything I tasted was right on point. The flavors were great. I had the galbi. Cooked perfectly with a very nicechar flavor. All the side dishes were wonderful especially the kimChi. The service was absolutely wonderful and had a home feel.I have eaten Korean style food at every place in this city and this is by far the best. This is now my go to place for thisfood. Don't be afraid of the menu because you can order just about anything even if it's not on there, just ask. I also lovedthe fact that they were open at 10am because some of us like to eat a brunch. I also got the fried chicken to go because itlooked so good as someone else's order. Well, I was right. Absolutely on point. I recommend this place especially for those ofus who love no frills, delicious authentic food in a local place that has a home style feeling atmosphere. I felt right at home & welcomed by the great customer service! I love how Tammy explains everything about what you're eating &... her mom even came over to feed my spoiled niece (NOW THAT'S LOVE)! The food was absolutely delicious,even took some kimchi home!I read a previous review about someone wishing music played in the background. I actually appreciated a moment to disconnectand have conversation over great food. We had the fried rice and jack fruit Korean fried chicken.
