Idk what to really say but that I had high expectations because that smell coming outside reminds me of backyard bbq. I saw the... Deluxe on the menu and it looked amazing but when I got mine.. I didn't know this was because it looked nothing like what I wasanticipating from the images. I drove back during lunch break to request a refund even after they offered to replace it. Thatpatty was just dry, one side flat as a paper was over cooked, while other side looks it's been sitting in grease as it fallsapart. The taste was bland and dry. The food is always hot, fresh and tasty! I find myself going here instead of the competition just because the customer service... and quality of the food is exceptional. A bit pricey but the food is good. We had to wait around ten minutes to receive our food, but when we did the food was hot and... the fries were crispy. They have a cool pull-up system to wait at, too with two lanes, instead of one. They give you a numberedsticky note to put on your side view mirror, to help the staff give you the correct order. This is the only restaurant that doesthat, that I've seen. It's efficient. Read more
Great food and stellar service. I've been traveling in from out of town and we don't have a Culver's where I'm from. Was a nice... treat visiting this place, they had a really good variety on their menu. Culver's is very keto friendly which made me reallyhappy! I was able to order a couple of different burgers without bun or sauce. Burgers here are really good it's your classicsmashburger style of burger. One of their things is they only use fresh beef not frozen patties. Highly recommend this place ifyou'd like a quick Burger that's pretty clean. Read more

The Oreo concrete mixer was the only good part of this order? I had a super simple order Which the cashier repeated back to me... accurately however the food was made sloppily and incorrectly. I don?t think it should be too much to ask to have the burgerpatty placed on the middle of the bun? The sauces were incorrect, as I asked for mayo and ketchup and received mustard? gross!!Plus, after I fixed the patty that was sliding off the bun, I didn?t have anything to wipe my hands on because they didn?t giveme any napkins. The fries were not salted whatsoever and I didn?t receive any salt packets to remedy that, so I had blandfries. I love Culver?s, it?s the place I go to know that my food will be done correctly but in this case I was highlydisappointed. Read more
Love this place, food is always delicious. Even on days like today when they are super busy, it?s always clean in here.
