Riverside Dr location is the worst place to eat ever! We have been several times in the later hours. If we work late and need... food we stop here only cause nothing else is open. Never again! Tonight was it for me. Service is awful everytime! This is thesecond time even the manager was horribly rude. Food was not to order and soggy, most was not edible I got thrown out. I ordereda double cheese burger with everything but onions and got a sad excuse for patties and snot-like lettuce and pickle. We sat inthe drive thru for a minute to check our order (no one waiting behind us) and the guy came to the window and with a rude toneasked if we needed some thing, we responded with no but just moments after he closed the window a women I'm assuming the managercame to the window asked us again then stood there and stared until we left. Every time i drive past I would ask myself why did i stop eating there, and after going today I see why. So why is my Double... Burger alike this? This was my first time at a cookout. I ordered a Jr tray with quesadilla, Cajun fries, onion ring, and coke float. Looking at... the menu I was surprised with that it sounded like I was getting for the price. Portion were smaller than I expected but thesides were good. The quesadilla, plain cheese, is not something I will get again. The coke float is also a no from me. Theamount of coke was laughable but I thought I would at least enjoy the ice cream with aspoon. NO! That "ice cream" that Iexpected to be vanilla flavor tasted like there was no flavor. Just somehow milk flavored. I will probably still try a chocolateshake in the future Read more
I feel as if I didn?t get what I paid for and didn?t realize until I made it home 20 minutes later.
Stopped by to grab dinner and for $9 I'm disappointed. Got a double burger with everything on it, a side of cheese bites and... onion rings. Just a heads up, that meant 4 onion rings and 6 cheese bites. Had I known, I would have just gotten a double orderof a side. My husband was happier with hai meal. The burgers were okay. The milkshakes were fine. We may try it again but weshall see. Read more
Great prices, great food! I hate how little they give you when you order cheese bites but that?s my only complaint.
