There was a bunch of young teenagers working the night shift. One of the employees boyfriend walked in with a dog. And the... employee that was making my order just stops to run and see the dog. Pretty decent ice cream. The price is steep for what you get. Okay selections of ice cream and toppings.
I did not enjoy my visit here. The ice cream portions are small, and two of the ice cream cones I ordered came with hardly any... toppings. There was one young cashier that was extremely rude. There was another cashier, and she was very nice. The ice creamwas over priced. No wonder the place was empty when I went in. I do not plan on coming back, nor do I recommend this place. Read more
We kept returning, hoping to have a better experience. To describe the last three times I went ? 1. All of the ice cream was... significantly melted. Like liquid in a tub, melted.. They were out of milk as well so we couldn?t order milkshakes. 2. We wentback, hoping that it was just a rough day (we all have them) but this time, the wait was extremely long, the customer servicewas poor, and the milkshake we ordered was the consistency of chocolate milk. 3. We decided to give it one last shot and Iordered a pint online to be picked up. My husband arrived 20 minutes later to pick it up and was told that it hadn?t been madebecause the receipt was thrown away. The employees are racist!!!!!!!!! First the made us wait after the white customers were served then They basically lied saying... nothing in the store is gluten free. When clearly the Cold stone has a complete list of gluten free options online. I advisethe guy of that but he insisted they had nothing in the store gluten free. I didn?t insist on his service because he would bedealing with my food and I didn?t trust what he would do to it! Very disappointed and didn?t think I would have to deal withthat in Clarksville.
