This Cinnabon has got it going on!! The friendliness and the attentiveness of the staff, far supercede the standards. But I'm... going to brag about my amazing coffee experience! I'm always dragging around tired, lethargic. Their coffee actually wakes meup, puts a pep in my step. One of the calmest, smoothest employee offered me a delightful combination of a sweet yet strong hotcoffee. Match that magic coffee with a baked treat and youre golden. I've nick named that magical coffee the "Twan" if thatcoffee doesn't wake up the dead I don't know what will. Sorry Starbucks but you'll have to take a close second on this one. Ihighly recommend 2-3 creamers with 2 sweet and lows and your "Twan" is good to go. Prepare to blast off!!! Read more

The store is always spotless. The food and drinks always fresh, staff always friendly. The manager, I believe her is Alisha is... wonderful!!! I first thought she was the owner because of her extreme commitment to making this location the best! Many years inmanagement and service, I know when an when it's done properly. This manager is exceptional and would love to have her with mycompany but is dedicated to Cinnabon right now. Alisha shows great leadership skills through coaching, encouraging, and teachingresponsibility to a staff of high school and college age young people. Some of which; this is their first time being employed.She is a true asset to the Cinnabon company! Read more

I was very happy when this opened in the mall. I think they are understaffed for the high volume of customers pass through. They... were out of stock and I had to wait over 10 minutes. Plus side, food was hot! The employees seemed rushed and stressed and weremaking minor unsanitary errors, like gloves to prepare rolls, walk away to touch other dirty things, and return to the deliciousroll making. Got it, they are stressed and rushing. Maybe give them more supply and personnel, hint hint corporate leaders. 5000stars for taste of food. 4 stars for cleanliness. 3 stars for timeliness.
