Rudest service. My total was more than it was supposed to be, because I know how much a burrito costs. I pointed this out and... the woman manager copped an attitude asking me if I was gonna ?pay or not?? and began her condescension. Sure enough, sheovercharged me for a side I did not get. ouch, other reviews aren't too great I see.... but my experience here was simple and pretty average so nothing special I guess.... ordered online, waited like 15 mins and picked up my order. there's never really a line when I go. We have ordered from the Chipotle on Madison street regularly. We have always had good and kind service. Tonight we placed an... online order and 1/4 of the bowl had food in it. The rest was empty. We didn?t realize it until we were home. We got back in thecar and went back to get our full order. They were VERY unpleasant. They gave us burnt rice and little of the other missingingredients. The worker was nice to us. The manager was the one who was VERY rude! He seemed like we were a burden. I highlyrecommend not going to this Chipotle. Read more
Each bowl is made to your specifications while you watch; ask for more or less of items. White or brown rice is available. Chips... are fresh and crunchy. Lemonade, and fruit drinks are wonderful for this thirsty gal! Read more
Was very upset the woman at the counter was very good I told her from the beginning I wanted a chicken fajita burrito after she... started making and I told her I did not want jeans I wanted fajita she said well those won't be ready for some time. I ask herif I could stand and wait she said no we have to finish cooking all of the meat first for the day. Going to Chipotle multipletimes this is something that has never occurred and it's very ridiculous. I will never go back to this location. I have ordered here multiple times and each time is worse than before. This time the quesadilla was burnt. I ordered through... doordash and told them they refused to give me a refund. For starters, this dump doesn't answer their phone. So, if they give you slop, know that no one will respond to you. So, I'm... giving them horrible reviews everywhere possible to warn folks NOT to come here. I just spent $50 to buy my family lunch. Whatwe got is not worth $20. Only my sister's order was decent in size. My father got HALF a Quesadilla (hardly big enough for achild, let alone an adult) and I got a tiny bowl with so little steak, and NO chicken (I ordered half and half) and a spoonfulof onion as "fajita veggies" and my mother got a tiny burrito. I typically love Chipotle, but have been to this location 3 times and it is always disappointing. Portions given are extremely... small and when you ask for more they give the customer a hard time. I even asked the manager one time and he told me that wasthe serving they give. Rice has also on 2 of my times there been undercooked. For the price Chipotle charged for a quick servicemeal, they need to make sure customers are happy. Read more
