Rudest service. My total was more than it was supposed to be, because I know how much a burrito costs. I pointed this out and... the woman manager copped an attitude asking me if I was gonna ?pay or not?? and began her condescension. Sure enough, sheovercharged me for a side I did not get. We have ordered from the Chipotle on Madison street regularly. We have always had good and kind service. Tonight we placed an... online order and 1/4 of the bowl had food in it. The rest was empty. We didn?t realize it until we were home. We got back in thecar and went back to get our full order. They were VERY unpleasant. They gave us burnt rice and little of the other missingingredients. The worker was nice to us. The manager was the one who was VERY rude! He seemed like we were a burden. I highlyrecommend not going to this Chipotle. Read more

I typically love Chipotle, but have been to this location 3 times and it is always disappointing. Portions given are extremely... small and when you ask for more they give the customer a hard time. I even asked the manager one time and he told me that wasthe serving they give. Rice has also on 2 of my times there been undercooked. For the price Chipotle charged for a quick servicemeal, they need to make sure customers are happy. Read more
