After reading the reviews previously to mine, it seems like the biggest complaint is service. However, I eat here twice a week... for lunch. The food is ALWAYS hot and made fresh. I have never had a bad experience with food or service. The previous commentabout about the "disabled person" is just rude. I'm unsure if she's the manager, but she has ALWAYS been friendly and goes aboveand beyond. I think it's inspiring to see her working, and it's more than some people do without relying on a walker. Service was very slow, out of butter for baked potatoes but did not tell that when ordering. Food was good, our party of 5 was... served quicker than others but took longer than normal. Read more

I'm having my surgery tomorrow. Today is the last day for months I can eat crunchy food. I absolutely love fish and seafood. ... So Captain D's it is. Half of the menu is gone, storm destroyed I guess? Should have taken a picture. Ask if they had acaptain D's sampler?The lady says we don't have that. Ask of they had a little fish sandwich the lady said I've never heard ofthat?? Ordered the meal I normally order. The lady said "drive to the window Extremely RUDE!!!!! I was in the pickup windowover 8 minutes before she opened the window. While ordering I attempted to tell her I get a military discount she did not payattention and slammed the window when I told her about the discount. I ordered the Deluxe Seafood Platter, baked potato withbutter and sour cream, green beans and extra cracklin. The potato is an upcharge of 69 cents.. The woman said "we don't havebutter" and they did not even give me the sour cream I paid extra for. Imagine how upset, angry I am when I open the containerand find this excuse for a waste of $9.26? Yes that is melted plastic on the crabs, not one cracklin, no butter, no sour cream. Read more
Very busy the day I went. There was only 3 workers on shift. One manager, cashier and the cook. There must have been at least 15... cars at the drive thru, another 10 or so inside the store to order and about 6 families already in dining area. I ordered myfood and asked how long would it be and the manager exact words was, "I have no earthly idea, it's only 3 of us here, so we havewhen it's done. She also got rude with the drive thru people waiting, and shouting hurry hurry hurry to the cook. I didn't getupset or offended, because I could visibly see she was deep deep overcome this day. Drive thru is slow as snails especially when the disabled lady is at the window. I only have 30 minutes for lunch and I?ve... already waited 20 minutes at the window. No more I love Captain D?s but I?m gonna have to find somewhere else that?s quickerwith service. It?s just totally ridiculous. Don?t go here if you on lunch break unless you have an hour for lunch. I was pulled up due to them being behind- No biggie, so one would assume the food would then be fresh...wrong. The fries were... cold. The fish was over fried. I had bought a extra PC of spicy fish .. it was so over fried u couldn't eat it. All in all thisround there it was terrible. Read more
Went to the drive-thru, placed my order, they were out of a side that I wanted, instead of saying sorry what else would you like... all she said was "we are out of that", I also ordered a drink and an extra side, she never repeated my order back to me got tothe window, no drink! She didn't even put thr drinks order in so I had to do another transaction and no apology, got my bag andno extra side like I ordered, told her I didn't have it and it wasn't on the receipt all she said was "Oh Boy" and closed thewindow, no apology or anything, had to do ANOTHER transaction..total of 3! For 1 order, opened the window handed me the item nosorry, goodbye, have a nice night...nothing! Will not be going back there! Read more
