The service at counter was very slow. The cashier wasn't the friendliest. The floors were so sticky all over. Your shoes stuck... to the floor. The condiments and drink area was filthy. I'll never eat at this Burger King again. Read more

Every time I come here there is always an issue with my order. Maybe if the girl that passes out the food with the short hair... got off her phone and paid attention to what she was doing. She got my drink order wrong and didn't get any of my burger orderright. But it's all good. I should have learned my lesson by now. Read more
Pulled to window. Girls states, "we aren't taking orders on this lane." Odd, but not that big of a deal. Went to pull off, when... I passed window, girls was on her phone. Customer service is dead. Or I'm officially a Karen now. Who knows. I do know I won'tspend my money there though. Read more

The food has been really good, but they got my order wrong again tonight..I was shorted my large fries..last time they didn't... even put my chicken nuggets in the bag..also no receipt. Come on guys, you can do better. I had to pull over to buy fries atanother chain..because your doors are locked and I didn't want to re wait in the long line..I will give credit where credit isdue though..my food both times has been very good. Got my orders all kind of messed up. Didn't include my ice cream and didn't even bother to tell me they didn't have ice cream,... gave me the wrong burger when I ordered the ghost pepper burger. Gave me the wrong drink when I ordered a mello yellow, got astrawberry drink instead. Don't remember her name but the younger looking mixed employee has no customer service experiencewhatsoever. Super rude. Stay away or quadruple check your order before leaving. Read more
