If I could give no stars I definitely would the service my wife and I had September 10 2022. My item (3 scoops sundae with hot... fudge and peanut) was made completely wrong. Closed today at 5:30pm. Sat at the drive through for 5-10 minutes along with 2 other cars only to be told that they closed early... for some meeting. Okay, nice post a sign on the drive thru menu board that is easy to see. Read more
I hadn?t been inside before a couple of weeks ago and I was so disappointed. The place was filthy. Employees were not confident... in their welcome. We quickly realized that the freezers were down because one of the employees was eating the products justbefore she served us. Gross. She also had no uniform on. When I waited for them to bag up my order I was informed that theydidn?t have anymore bags. No apology came with any of this info. Read more
We just went there as a family and the staff was incredibly friendly! They were very accommodating and understanding that our... family has unique needs since I?m in a wheelchair and our kids are all neurodivergent. They made the ordering and eating processso nice we have a favorite Icecream place to go now. The entrance is also ADA compliant and I was able to easily enter withoutneeding someone to help with my chair, and the tables inside are perfect height to fit my knees under. Pulled up to drive through and sat for 5 minutes. There were no other customers in the store or in the drive through. We ended... up going inside in order to get someone to acknowledge our existence. Good luck to those that come here. Read more
