Ate on November 6th at 935pm and the chicken sandwiches were inedible. Very disappointed. We called the store to offer feedback... and the employees were not helpful at all. Will not be back unless the owner does something about this issue. Read more
We had a very nice lunch today at Arby's on Madison St. courtesy of Arby's for taking the time to rate their limited time only... fish meal. The advertisement for the meal was misleading to a lot of people. It said something about a hush puppy batter and lmyself took it as though they served hush puppies with the meal. They did not. I said something to Melinda Hodge who is thestore manager and even she said it was misleading. Having called Arby's Customer Service they welcomed my comments about thefish meal and sent me two complimentary meals. Today we used those meals. Patti, our server, was very attentive and got ourorder just within a few minutes. At that point she ask how we got the meals and l told Patti and Melinda what took place. ThisArby's has always been our favorite Arby's to go to. Melinda has been a manager for a long time and she is great at what shedoes. Patti always has a smile on her face when greeting customers and l am sure the rest of the staff are just as courteous. Ihave seen several comments saying they are slow or only working the drive thru. We are at a time right now when everyone isshort on help. Everyone wants to complain, but no one wants to help. I see the lines waiting for service at all the restaurants.I applaud those people who do food service. It would be a dull world if we didn't have them. How would you like to just go tothe grocery, buy, and have to prepare your own food every day? Wouldn't that be nice to never have day or night out? Stop yourcomplaining, it just upsets everyone. Smile more and look for the positive things in life, it could be a lot worse. Our lunchwas was great thanks to Patti, Melinda, and staff. Thanks Arby's! Read more
Waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru line there's literally two people in there waiting room six cars in the drive-thru... terrible for a fast food restaurant. Will not be eating here again. After taking money was asked to pull up and yet again wait.When the lady gave us the food I said that it was sad to wait over 30mins for 4 9pc nuggets. She of course explained they areshort staffed...who isn't short staffed. Terrible excuse and overused with today's work force. She said well they are fresh. From the many years it's been since I have ate or supported Arby's I can safely say it's gotten a lot better than when I was... eating here. The quality of food has gotten 1000 times better!!!!! The service could be a little better but I understand thesedays with customer service and non living wage jobs. As someone who previously despised Arby's, now I can say give em a tryagain !!!
