I come to order a chai on 10/28/22 at 2:40pm. And I tell The tall older gentleman in the drive thru that I have a the Dunkin... October rewards. He starts SCREAMING at me, picks up the cash register to show me that it?s not true and tells me to pay thefull amount. People are friendly and fast. However, one guy was putting in clean spoons in containers and grabbing the whole ice-cream cones... by bare hands, as well as handling cash. None of the tables were clean. I was a little shocked. Hand washing and using glovesare very important are bottom line. Afraid to go there again. I hope this can be fixed. Read more
This Dunkin is horrible! The coffee is always burnt and does not taste the way I ordered it. The staff seem to not care either... way as long as you are paying. They will serve you trash . Today, I actually went through the drive through and the coffeetasted so bad I pulled in and went inside to have it remade . It was still horrible so needless to say I will not be returning.
