Had a big order based on a party, got everything right on the app which was great for making sure things were perfect. Use the... app to pay and get the order started, the curbside delivery was everything you would want it to be, only issue was by shake wasvanilla instead of chocolate but by then I was on the way home. Waited for 20 minutes after enter parking number for curbside. No food, wait another 5 minutes in-line to cancel order. This... location use to be great, supper fast, unfortunately the service are declining in the last few months. Hopefully they willaddress the issue soon. Read more
This Chick-fil-A is legit the worst. Today I couldn?t get sweet tea because their machine wasn?t working so they say. Asked for... a number one meal large. She charges separate just sandwich and drink. Every time I come to this one it?s a problem. JohnHopkins is so much better. I have never had a problem there. Read more
Showed up on time and driver was super nice but the food was soggy, both large fries were short-changed (had fewer fries than... the medium that we also ordered) and the order was missing an item. When I called they offered to send the missing item outright away but no apology or anything for the inconvenience. Then of course the item never showed (they did offer me a rewardfor double the value of the item). Better to go in person I guess. Read more
Waited 20 minutes and got nasty soggy lettuce. Lettuce Is the easy part man. I go again and ask that the lettuce is on top of... the chicken and it comes on the bottom soggy and nasty. Customer service is great though. Read more
Very clean establishment! The guy who took our order was very attentive. I think his name was Gabriela..thats what it Said on my... ticket.. Said hello to my little one and brought our food and drinks to the table. He brought someone else's food out and askedus how everything was! He even cleaned up a spill behind the counter super fast! Being a former manager of several fast foodestablishments I really love going into one and it's ran like a well oiled machine! Very clean, friendly & Hardworking staff andeven fresh flowers on the table...i will definitely be back..maybe for a job!! Read more
The franchise has it figured out cold. With all the other choices out there I always find myself coming back here or to a... Chick-fil-A location somewhere. This location has a challenge to get into the parking lot. Only access is from the CVS entranceand the traffic has a way of getting busy here at times. It can test your patients. Luckily you have waffle fries to make itall better. Highly recommend. Read more
The worst chick fill a I?ve ever been, advice customers to not come to this one. The cashier who took my order was friendly but... the food quality was trash, I ordered a number 2 meal and the chicken sandwich was burned and taste bitter. Also I got utensilsand sauce with my meal that I ordered the experience was just very poor. Read more
