Went to this store today to pickup a door dash order. The two employees were the most incompetent I ever seen. Customers were... having to repeat themselves, employees were confused and messing up orders. Customers were getting frustrated to the point thatthey said they wouldn't return. My order was wrong,had to have it remade ,after employee was reluctant to do so. In all, I spentover an hour at this store before they got it right, costing me a contract violation with door dash that I'm now having to dealwith. If I get deactivated, I guarantee I'm going to their manager. They need fired. Read more
One of the staff is the rudest! The nice guy with red hair got my Bread, meat and cheese ready for her. She asked what I wanted... on it I said...lettuce tomatoes onions...she said "well just slow diwn...tell ne one item at a time" in a snappy voice...so Ishowed wayyyyy down for her...lettuce.............tomatoe...........onion..........and then when she put the stuff on it was ahuge handful that she put on the sandwich no soreading it out or nothing. Including the jalapenos and pepper ring.huge handfuls!I asked for the mayo on the side because the sandwich had a ton too much on it. I had to take half the stuff off to get thesandwich to close. When she wrapped it she left it open! It fell apart when I unrapped it! Then as I am paying she asked what Ihad...i told her steak ? cheese...she said 6 inch? I said yes. ( she just made it???) This place just needs to go ahead and shut down. In order to successfully maintain a food establishment, you must replenish the... food.... they are always out of just about everything. I went today around 1 pm and an employee meets me at the door, says theyare not taking any customers and mumbles something about the cash register. Go to Jeff or Wal-Mart, this place isn't interestedin making any money or serving any customers. Read more
I moved close to this subway about a month ago and I?ve ordered probably 7 times on the app. First couple times it was good. The... last few times they seem to always be out of something. There were two different days now that I go to pick up my order, andthey tell me they are out of whatever I ordered. I wished they would of called me and let me know before I walked there. Also, Idon?t understand how a subway has been out of mayo for like 3 or 4 days in a row? it?s a sandwich place and you all haven?t hadmayo in like half a week. They have terrible attitudes, they are out of almost everything, the store is filthy. They look dirty and their hair isnt heald... back with anything beyond a dirty hair tie. They dont even have the option of getting something without bread or salads. Theywerent even in subway tshirts. They should be shut down asap. Read more
Went through the drive through for the first time, the girl even wrote down what we wanted on our sandwiches and they were both... wrong. Neither of us ordered olives and both had olives, not to mention I didn?t order sriracha, and half the other stuff wasmissing. Sloppy work for the easiest job a person can have. Read more
Normally I get a great sandwich. Tonight it was trash. Stale bread, tomatoes were green in the middle, and the meat was non... existent. Got a foot long and 1 side had 1 tomato. That's it. So disappointing to wait 10 minutes for this Sub Club. If that'swhat you can call it. Read more
