Can't rate the food when they don't even send a server over in the first 10 minutes to get your drinks or take your order. We... left. Additional clarification, they did not appear to be that short staffed, and the place was clearly not crowded. Apparently,the other waitstaff figured we weren't in their area so they were not going to make inquiries as to why we were sitting therewithout service. You could kind of tell by their quick avoidance of our looks. "Hey, not my area/job/responsibility..." neverhad a problem before at this place, so don't know what changed. Read more
Service was good. I placed a carry out order once I was there on site & was told I was looking at right around 25 min for my... order to b ready. I went outside & smoked one cigarette then immediately returned inside to continue my wait. Instead I walkedin to find my order already up, waiting for me at the hostess stand which was a nice surprise. Food was great. My order wascorrect. No complaints in that department. Read more

Lively atmosphere, solid bartender who was very helpful and friendly (Sierra). I?ll likely come back, but think the kitchen was... off their game tonight. I?ve heard a ton of good things about this spot, but tonight?s wings were old and kinda dry. Maybe theysat a while, hard to say for sure, but I could only stomach half of the 10 count, which never ever happens. Maybe next timewill be better, we shall see. ***BETTER THAN FRICKERS!*** Two words for you: EAT HERE! 9 MONTH UPDATE! Every time we visit Roosters, the food is amazing,... tasty, juicy, and suculant. Today was no different. They did not dissapoint with the wings and pizza! 5 of 5 of 5 of5! However, the Mac & Cheese bites need to be removed from the menu. They taste like frozen, boxed, Gordon microwave nasties.That's definitely a 1 of 5. Albeit, the rest was so good that I can't ding them just on that alone. Bathrooms were clean. Noissues. I'm going to start with the good and then explain the poor rating. We had an order of traditional wingers as an appetizer. We... ordered the garlic wings and another order of medium buffalo wings. The flavor on the wings was on the low side of average butstill good and the size of the wings was definitely well above average. For dinner we both ordered hamburgers; we got the BigBob's BBQ burger. Sides are not included but we both ordered tater tots. The burger was above average and good. Now the bad.Our wings were not hot. I wouldn't say they were cold per se but they'd definitely been sitting awhile. Our tots on the otherhand were cold - I thought I chipped a tooth on one. Second, when we ordered the wings the waitress asked if we wanted ranch orblue cheese, we ordered ranch with it. Unbeknownst to us, that was an up-charge. Further, the burgers we ordered when asked whatkind of cheese we wanted, we both told her - we were charged for cheese - please note that the burger pictured has cheese on itand while it doesn't explicitly say it has cheese, with it pictured it's certainly implied. These kind of gotcha up charges areridiculous. For two people they charged us an additional $6 on items that were implied to be included. Will I have to take asecond mortgage on my home for this? No, but it's ridiculous and I loathe people that do business like that. Charge an extra $2for your burger instead of slapping people with a charge for cheese that you're implying is included. I would definitely notcome back here - people that aren't upfront with their pricing don't get my return business. Read more
After hearing news of the chicken wing shortage, and seeing the pathetic wings a coworker received from a different WILD chain a... few days ago, I was not sure what to expect. Roosters has giant, juicy and so delicious wings! The pictures of the all-flats10 pc baskets do not do the wing size justice. I enjoyed the Mild Sauce while my husband chose the Thai and the Koren. He saidthey were tasty. And I highly recommend the Dumpster Tater Tot appetizer. It has been awhile since I have eaten here at theClarksville location and it is better than ever!
