Got the new pizza melts. No a good choice. The girl didn't put much cheese on it like advertised. I won't buy here again.

I use to love pizza hut. But I ordered tonight and the crust on stuffed crust pizza was horrible. No taste and most importantly... like cardboard. We also got a box with deep dish pizza bread sticks and cinnamon sticks pizza was ok but the sticks werealso awful. I dont know if it was an off night or this is the new normal. Make sure everyone in the store knows what is going on!! The manager was nice and gave us 1/2 off due to taking over an hr and a... half but when delivery driver showed up she had not been told and so she left without even telling us and came back with coldpizza!! I am very unsatisfied! We love pizza hut but may be going somewhere else from now on. It would be nice to get somecoupons or something to use as we had such an awful experience! Read more
I love pizza hut and will order again, but this order was not their best. The wait time was over 30 minutes. When I arrived at... that time, they were just putting them in the over and asked me to come back in 10-15 more minutes. So I waited in my car almost50 minutes for the pizzas. Our pizzas were good, but a little over cooked and the crusts were tough. But I understand mostplaces are under staffed right now and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Read more
Five dollar delivery fee was a bit of a shock that being said you need to still tip the delivery driver cause the store keeps... almost all that money and the drivers uses their own vehicle. Most pizza places are robbing the delivery guy the whole fivebucks should go to the driver there is no over head for the store yet they think they deserve a cut. The driver has to pay theirinsurance and if there is an accident it's all on the driver. And most pay the driver less than minimum wage while they are outof the store so tip your driver's or consider yourself selfish. The food was great the driver was awesome and I got it in atimely manner but the ceo's of every pizza company should be ashamed of taking advantage of delivery drivers. Read more
This place is the absolute WORST pizza place to order from!! My order tonight took almost 2 hours and door dash supposedly... forgot some of my order and told me to call them about it!! I pushed past that and just wanted to eat my hot pizza......or so Ithought. My thin crust cheese pizza was like rubber and cold. The only thing warm was the box! My mini cinnamon dessert wasburnt! I've tried to call the store to no avail they just answer the phone and hang up on me everytime!! I will never order fromthis place EVER AGAIN!! Corporate Office get ready for a call from me.
