We have gone to this Mr. Gatti's ever since I was a kid! Very rarely do they disappoint. The pizza really hit the spot and they... had plenty of dessert options. My sister requested a couple pizzas they didn't have out and they were ready within a few minutesof everyone sitting down! All of the employees were friendly and very helpful. One lady saw me kind of struggling to get 2cheese sticks apart and was ready to set everything aside to grab a pizza cutter and help! I didn't let her lol but it was sonice that she offered. The price is right, the salad was fresh, the regular pizza's are okay, the desert pizzas are great! The bus boy kept our dirty... dishes picked up. My husband's only issue was a lack of variety in the regular pizza's. The atmosphere could use some updating,but we weren't there for the atmosphere. Read more
Needed to be cleaner. Maybe it usually is, but floors needed to be swept and mopped. I wish they had a better selection of pizza... available. Apparently the time we got there (around 4 pm) there were pizzas that had been sitting there a while and when Iasked about when some fresh ones would be out, I was told when these were gone, they would make some more. There wasnt a singlefresh pizza available and what was there looked like it had sat about an hour. That would have not happened with the priorowners. Ok.. I've been coming to this place for a long time. My kids love the choices. Today not so much. When I walked in the lady in... front had a huge attitude, When asked for a specialty pizza the lady said NO really loud. Then shoved the tray at us with ourcups on it. Absolutely disgusting. There was no selection of pizza. The buffet was dirty, there was food dropped everywhere.The workers were grabbing food off the buffet with their ungloved hands for their self to eat. The lady that eventually made thespecialty pizza did not wash her hands before making the pizza and had just handled money. I am so very disgusted. To add as Iwas leaving and used the restroom the younger worker was in there, flushed the toilet and left with out washing her hands. ???? Read more
The pizza is meh, but the salad and pudding on the bar is great, as are the dessert pizzas. The spaghetti is OK. Given that... it's a fairly cheap meal, you could certainly do worse. Just don't expect a great pizza for an adult; kids will probably behappy with their pizza thro. Read more
The pizza here is actually very good, especially for the cost. I often come here on Saturday buffet hours and come out very... happy with my decision. The staff is very friendly and the pizza is hot and very delicious. I haven?t had a single issue here inmy multiple trips so I would definitely recommend this place over similar pizza restaurants. I love eating here I would take my son and is cousin a least once a month. They're older now and we seem to order out more. The... pizza is delicious and the staff is friendly. They have great prices too. I love to grab a small pizza and drink for lunch! Read more
I have been going to this location for 30 years. I am not sure if they are under new management or what is going on. What little... pizza they actually had on the buffet was not fresh. The workers didn't seem to care when you asked about the lack of selection.I cleaned my own table before we sat down because all of the table had crumbs on them from previous customers.
