Reviews for Indiana Grand in Clarksville, IN
Great place. Been coming for years but there is a guy who walks around every day stealing tickets and they don't do nothing... about it. Security at front is aggressive and act weird. Read more
Not enough staffing for sport betting. They need to speed up. Worst part is waiting too long line avg 45 to 60 minutes. Watch... out the managements pull their favorism friend to cut in the line while the betting parlor closed so the lady mgmt open bettingparlor for her friend to bet sports tickets then she closed betting parlor. Its not fair for everyone stand in the line and waittoo long. Thats totally wrong for mgmt bring her friend to bet sports then leave. Watch out those 2 managements women pulltheir favoritism friends to cut off the line. They need to upgrade betting room BIGGER TV's, BIGGER TV ODDS, Need a lot ofKIOSKS!!!! Read more
The good: Location is good and has plenty of parking. Staff are nice and friendly. The bad: The wait... There is not enough... staff at this location. The average wait is 1 HOUR just to place your bet for sports. The side that has horse betting hardly hasanyone in line. They need to think about opening placing sports bets on both sides of the sportsbook to speed up the lines.Lines are often so long they are going out the door. Good place to bet, just pack your patience because it will be a long wait. Read more
I've been going to this place for years, since before legal sports gambling in the area was even a thought. This is the closest... place to Louisville that you can place a legal sports wager, but if you go be prepared to wait 45 minutes to an hour in line ata minimum unless you go at odd times. Everything you can bet on is not properly displayed, which leads to bettors taking muchlonger than they should at the windows. The tellers also seem to move super slow and have no sense of urgency. I've also noticeda few people walking around in regular clothes that appear to be managers. They seem to have no concern about the super longwait times and do not chip in to help the tellers. It just seems like some self-service kiosks and a little bit of organizationwould solve a lot of this place's problems. Read more
A great place to blow your paycheck. Usually kept clean and a good crowd. The staff are always friendly and happy to help.
The manager is like a younger, sexier, santa. ???? How can you beat that? Horse's? They've got horse's. Plenty of them. But... younger sexier Santa's? Only one. Also, really great drink prices in Sundays, and great specials throughout the week. Friendlystaff as well. Read more
Friendly staff, clean environment but quite a few rude A$$ H@!# customers. I almost got into a fight with some scumbags who... didn't know how to keep their negative comments to themselves. I won't be back & would recommend just going across the bridge toChurchill Downs or to an otb spot over there Read more
The worst sportsbook out there. Is not just long lines, it's slow lines. Usually only 1-2 clerks working at one time, with the... other four registers unoccupied (and usually with other staff behind the clerks just standing or sitting in the background withtheir arms crossed). The situation with the kiosks is even worse... Long and slow lines here and well, with most the customershoarding around the machines with their cell phones taking calls and placing bets for their friends with no regard to the longline behind them. The staff do absolutely nothing to stop this. Not to mention, pre-covid there's were 6 kiosks with at least2-4 down for maintenance at any given time. Now, due to covid spreading concerns, they are down to 4 kiosks on the floor (with1-3 down for maintenance at any given time). However the staff doesn't enforce the hoarding around the machines whatsoever. Onesolution would have been to put 2-3 kiosks on one side of the room and 2-3 kiosks on the other side of the room to maximizekiosk usage and still practicing covid safety. I've been standing in line the whole time I write this. Hopefully I can place abet soon. Read more
