In town for work, was looking for a local (not a chain) burger, and Chillburger ended up being one of the best burgers we have... ever had. I Didn?t start looking at reviews until I was half way through my meal and I honestly can?t relate with most of thenegative comments I?ve read. The staff were friendly, both burgers were served to our table (they don?t have to do that) noteven 5 minutes, fries were HOT.. honestly everything all the way down to the house sauce was above and beyond expectation! Andthen there?s the best part; the ?higher purpose? ?every burger bought, you are buying a meal for underprivileged children? whichmakes me want to buy atleast half a million more! Uhh yes. This place is amazing. From MO just passing through and found this spot. Big fan. It's a lot like Shake Shack but way... more customizable than Shake Shack. I think it found a place in my top 3 burger places. Read more

Food is top notch almost every time, atmosphere is spot on, layout is efficient, presentation of food is also great.....so why... one star? Well this place has the weirdest customer service of any place I've been in a long time. They will not engage you uponwalking up to have order taken.... Nope they just look at you with a blank expression until you start the conversation. It's theonly reason I don't come more often..... It's just bizarre quite honestly. Food was good we enjoyed the food only Complaint was that the Majority Of tables still had dirty dishes from previous... customers I told the employees that the ice machine needed ice and people were waiting there so I told her Just grab me andspray bottle and a rag and I will clean the tables while she fills up the ice machine Read more

Been coming here for 4 or 5 years. The best burgers I've ever had at a restaurant, every single time. Delicious and messy. Great... fries, great shakes, great atmosphere. My whole life I've been told nothing is perfect but chill burger makes me question that. Read more
