Probably the worse meal i have ever had. The blackened grilled tilapia was not grilled and was slimy, I think it was baked, the... baked potato was still half raw and the green beans had an awful taste that I can't explain. Read more
Food is always great!! But customer service isn?t.. hopefully you can hire new management in the future. I waited about 20... minutes in the drive thru, which I always do, that doesn?t bother me because I know the food will be fresh. I should?ve checkedthe bag before pulling off but I didn?t which is unfortunate because now I cannot eat my corn because I didn?t get any butter. Igot a loaded baked potato also, still no butter or sour cream. I called to ask if the lobby was open and the manager told methey were too short staffed. There were cars in the drive thru and I didn?t have time to wait another 20 minutes so I kindlyasked her to just run some butter out to the door. She said she is not allowed to leave the building and for me to come backthrough the drive thru. It?s not any customers fault you all are short staffed, and it?s not any customers fault you all forgotto put things in the bag that should be in there. Friday 8-19-2022 was tired stop thought I?d go in set down and relax and eat some fish. But not today. Doors locked sign said... due to lack of help lobby?s closed. Went somewhere else to eat. First time here at captain d?s the prices are very reasonable I was actually surprised by the low prices. Inside was clean and... comfortable they have a drive through as well seating is comfortable large parking area service is fast you pay you get a numberand then once your order is ready one of the staff bring it to you. I had lobster bites and coleslaw and lobster rolls was verygood and I would certainly go back again. Read more
