We went on 7/10 around 6 something in the evening. When we went in there was water pouring off of the counter, a worker had... forgotten to turn off the water, mistakes happen, no big deal. The (I am guessing) shift manager stood there and kept going onand on to belittle this worker. It was completely uncalled for. In fact it seemed as if everyone else in the store includingmyself felt uncomfortable as she was doing this. It was water and mistakes happen. I am not sure but the worker may have alsobeen handicapped. Now to the next part, the pretzels were all over cooked, it tasted burnt and was hard. Our order was rang upwrong but we didn't see it until we left. The store was pretty trashed and when we arrived no one was there. We arrived at thesame time as another group of customers. I just feel as if you need to treat workers more respectful. This store needs someserious work. I would use think twice before returning here. Read more

Was there at 2pm on a Friday w my young child. Two women were working... took two minutes before anyone acknowledged us. I... placed my order and they continued working on other tasks and taking a personal call on her cell phone, instead of tending tocustomers or getting our order. After a total of 7 minutes and still zero movement on our order- which was an in-stock cup ofpretzels, we left. We drove from an Hour away and my poor kiddo was disappointed and perplexed as to why they didnt want ourbusiness. Do better, our children are always watching. Read more

I just left the Auntie Ann's in the greentree Mall and had the BEST service. There were 3 workers and they were all so nice.... Especially the sweet, beautiful woman that rang me up. The pretzels were delicious. Read more

Lady was rude , asked her a question about another store, and she acted like I was dumb and starting laughing at me and rolled... her eyes. Always have terrible experience with her. Idk her name but uhh no she shouldn?t be working around people if shes hasthat bad of an attitude. Read more

out of everything we asked for. couldn?t even get the words out for the drink and the employee said they were out. so terrible... customer service. only reason i?m giving two stars is because the pretzel bites tasted good. i felt like the employee didn?teven want to be talking to us or be at work. i drove and hour and a half to go to this pretzel store. very disappointed :( Read more

Just ordered at 7:20 lady was disrespectful when I told her I have a coupon for 2 mini corn dog bite meals and they tasted like... cleaner and were smashed and nasty. Absolutely disgusting wil not return. Read more

We love Auntie Anne's normally, but wow! Two times within an hour we were basically ran off by the lady apparently in charge of... making a line. The second time we were actually standing in the line (or what I assumed would be the line, there was only oneperson in front of us) and she came up and said (my youngest daughter uses a walker), "I know she's handicapped, but you'regoing to have to move up and make a line, security has already been down here." It deserves a 0 star rating. The employees are rude. Ordered a pretzel bite, was told it would be 7 min wait on it, which was... fine. Well more than 7 min later we went back up to ask about how much longer they would be done, and they forgot about us! Itwouldn't be a big deal if we hadn't already paid, if they weren't rude, and if they didn't almost sell them all woke we werewaiting on the bench right in front of them.
