We got here as it was closing and we were still served. Coffee was excellent of course but no lemon bars!
I?m a huge fan of Starbucks for their consistency and desire to deliver great customer service. This location, however, was a... total disappointment! Just a basic cup of drip coffee with extra oatmilk was a huge inconvenience for them. They overfilled thecup so it was basically lava, then added a drop of oatmilk. When I asked if they could empty some out to add more creamer, I wastold they couldn?t do that. When I dumped some out myself then asked for extra creamer on the side, she brought out basically athimble sized amount. When I asked for an additional thimble to make the lava drinkable, she refused and told me she could justcancel the order. I highly recommend more training for their drive thru. In the meantime, I?ll revert back to the trustedLewiston location! Read more
Its a starbucks, they make the coffee my wife likes and they make it often, not a bad place.
I am a loyal customer to Clarkston Starbucks, I go there at least 6 days out of the week. This morning after work I ordered my... usual, Venti or Grande Chestnut Praline Latte(hot), along with Double smoked bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Shortly afterordering I realized I left my Debt card at home! Once I got to the window I immediately let the lady know and apologized. Shewas so polite and even told me to hang on for just a second. When she came back they let me have my drink! I am very thankfuland super happy they allowed me to have the drink at least :) thank you so much! Read more
I am generally not a huge fan of Starbucks. The coffee, which I requested a very small amount of cream to be added to, as usual... had more than I requested. This is not inditment of Starbucks. It is pretty much what I find wherever I go. I was pleasantlysurprised to see a table designated with 13 coffee cups inscribed with the names of the 13 fallen soldiers in the Afghanistanevacuation. I asked one of the employees whose idea it was. He stated he was not certain, I commended him and the staff forhonoring the Fallen Soldiers as I am a veteran. Read more
Horrible experience! I ordered at Carmel macchiato with oat milk and extra Carmel. When they handed me drink, I couldn?t even... drink my coffee. There was so much Carmel and whip I couldn?t even stir the coffee. I asked for a refund and I didn?t wantcoffee. They gave me refund with major attitude. Read more
