This was the worst service that I have ever had. Ordered my meal and waited over 20 minutes for my food. There was only my... wife and one other couple at Arby's at the time. I asked the cashier what the problem was and she could not give me an answer. Changed my order to go and when I received my order and got home with it not all of my items were there. Read more

I got there at 9:30, order just a sandwich meal, and a slider, and they didnt even let me finish talking and told me to go up to... the window to pay, so I had to finish my order at the window. To then be told it's going to be a 3 min wait which I understoodbut I waited for 10mins, and they never even gave me my drink I ordered in my meal. But I didnt want to wait another 10 minsjust to get my drink I ordered so I just left. Was not happy with my visit. Read more
Spend $45 for two people. No one in line and still no one in line. Had to wait almost 20 min to get our food. And pretty sure... the guy who brought our food out smokes crack.
