Ordered 2 large chili's, got back home. Gave 2 small's. 2 Fries were underfilled and cold, Jr bacons cheese wasn't even melted.... Garbage. Read more
Longest line ever in the drive-thru so we went inside. Only one person in front of us and it still took me 10 minutes to take an... order. After ordering, our food took 15 more minutes. Prices are through the roof and the heat was broke in the lobby. Read more
Lobby doors are locked at 12:45 on a weekday forcing those who placed a mobile order pickup to use the drive thru. The reason I... placed a pick up mobile order was to not wait 20 minutes in a drive thru. And when the order is wrong, I am forced to waitanother 20 minutes in the drive thru! This may be the worse fast food restaurant in the area. Whether you order thru the app or pick up in person, the orders are slow... and wrong. From management to fry cook, I'd fire the lot of them. Plan on staying for a half hour in the drive they only to haveto go back into the restaurant to have them fix their errors. This place is horrendous. Read more

I'd give this place a 0 star if it was an option. As someone who spent 20 years in the restaurant business, I can tell you, ... wholeheartedly, to never eat at this location. I witnessed the young Giant, who works way too hard to do nothing, stick histhumb in my chili. I watched the night manager(Monday December 5, 2022) joke with employees about how slow the food is comingout because "everyone is stoned". This was while myself and 2 other people were in line, and there were other people sitting attables. After waiting for 20 minutes, they finally made my biggie bag and thumb tasting, chili, but didn't have any of my drinksready. So disgusted in the whole situation, and will never be back. Read more
