Good people, good Coffee, any issue you have at this place just know it is not the workers faults, the owners are slow to fix... things and the menu cannot be changed to accommodate so easily when a machine breaks during a rush. Make sure you ask for yourreceipt incase your order gets messed up because they will not give you a refund/fix your order unless you were there within thelast 10 minutes without a receipt, unless the store manager is not there. The people here are super friendly every morning except one Becky. I've been coming here about three weeks now and the biggest... issue I have is the inconsistencies in product quality. I have been disappointed in Tim Horton's breakfast sandwiches lately. I think they may nlyave changed tge recipe for their... biscuits and English muffins. They both now have a somewhat crumbly texture and feel dry in my mouth. Read more

First time I came here, I asked for a half lemonade, half iced tea. The woman told me she couldn't do that and got angry when I... asked why. Today, I got this "BLT" with rotten lettuce. Threw it right in the trash. Also, I got a sweetened tea instead ofunsweetened. These places always seem poorly managed. Read more
I don't get food here so I can't speak to that. Any issues I've had get cleared up just fine - I'm usually going through the... drive-thru. This place gets three stars because the one time I tried out studying inside here, the kid working behind thecounter went completely nuclear on a customer over a minor frustration they had. The rest of the staff are good as far as myexperience - but afaik this kid still works there. Would steer clear of spending time here beyond the drive thru. Read more
