I?ve been going to this location starbucks the past 2 mornings getting a hot chai tea latte with vanilla sweet cream cold foam... on it. Today i went through the drive-thru around 10:20am and was told i could not get cold foam on my hot drink. When i toldthe barista i?ve been getting it everyday at this starbucks he got another employee to explain to me it was against starbuckspolicy for health issue reason. This isn?t true at all, I?ve already looked it up. They lied. They just didn?t want to take theextra steps to make the foam. Truly disappointed. Read more
I like this Starbucks and their drive thru has great service. They've never messed up my order and are usually friendly. If... you're buying food, beware the packaging. My panini fell through the bottom of the bag because it wasn't sealed properly. Theyreplaced it for free, but told me the same thing had been happening to a lot of people. Not sure if they've fixed this yet, butit's worth noting. Read more

Tried the matcha latte with oat milk. It was disappointing to see they added 3 full pumps of sugar syrup in a grande size. If... I've known, I would have requested one pump. Read more
They were super busy around 11am on a Sunday! The baristas were slinging drinks pretty quickly. In my opinion there were almost... too many of them behind the counter because at least one of them was touching drinks behind the barista who put them down. Iordered the paradise drink but got a pink drink, but I understand the mix up and enjoy the pink drink better anyways! It wassuper crowded near the pick up area. Parking was rough as it was so busy. Where I parked I ended up being blocked in by the evergrowing drive thru line. Read more
I waited twenty minutes with one customer BEHIND me "BECAUSE HES A REGULAR" when they opened because they didn't think I had... money. I was wearing jeans and having a hot flash, so I guess I looked sweaty... I haven't returned because it's easier to sendsomeone else or make my own. When I tried signing up online using Google there were numerous issues but not all with Starbucks. Read more
Disappointed with my last visit here. I came to the drive through at 8:55pm. Ordered two drinks. Get to the front. The girl... takes a while to make the drinks and I don?t mind. After I pay and she hands me the drinks at 8;59, she adds in a really rudetone ?just so you know, we do close at 9 for future reference?? and even nods her head. I still got the drinks literally beforeclosing time, and if it?s such an issue, you?re welcome to deny me from ordering to begin with. If you take the order, don?tthen decide to guilt trip me when I?m trying to leave and enjoy my drink. Considering how much these high school employees makenow and the added perks, she should be far more kind at her job. Read more
