I ordered a number one, large, and literally got less fries in my large meal than my son’s happy meal did. The fry container... was not even half full. This was the third time having a bad experience at this place. The food was cold, like it had beensitting around. I understand it’s hard to find good help but the issue is not just the help, the issue at this place is poormanagement. Period! Read more

We grabbed a quick breakfast here and the service was fast. Everyone was friendly. The food was as good as you can expect from... McDonald's. It was nice not having to wait long for our food and have it nice and hot when we got it. Read more

This is the absolute WORST McDonald's I've been to! The Service is TERRIBLE!! I get an attitude every time I go there,... especially the Middle-aged Hispanic Lady that works at the 2nd drive thru Window & the young men that work there. Last time Iwas there I pulled up to one of the drive thru speakers to order, the car in front of me ordered, I pulled up and literally satthere watching car after car go through at the other speaker, nobody offering to take my order. After 5 cars I finally had toreverse & go to the other speaker. When I commented on how long I waited at the other speaker & that they need to watch BOTHlines the young man said "Oh, okay", no apology! I ordered an Iced Caramel Machiatto, they made a hot one, so I told them thatis not what I ordered. They asked me to pull up so they could remake it. They did not remake it, they dumped the hot Machiattointo a cold glass with a couple ice cubes, I know this because there is no way they remade it in less than a minute & the drinkwas warm! The time before that I went I got hard buns on my cheeseburger. This place is a joke! I have never once had a goodCustomer Service experience here, there is an older woman that works the drive thru sometimes & even she is snotty! They need tofire the entire Staff & get some nice Employees in there! I avoid this McDonald's now if possible, the only thing is that its onmy way to & from work, and the only McDonald's that's on my route unless I go out of my way. Went once in the outside lane in drive thru. Two cars came after I did and were taken first. Another time I ordered 2 fish, a... chicken sandwich and fries. We didn’t receive our fish and when I went back I was told there was no fish left behind. Anothertime a young girl had her hands all over the inside of my lid. The worst customer service and they absolutely ???? deserve no star at all! Rocky or Raquel* is a horrible manager and her staff... takes it after her! They lie about everything. UNBELIEVABLE ???? The ordeal was a whole process to begin with, with either a lack of understanding, or lack of craps given. I made the grave... maistake of ordering breakfast at night; I than committed the biggest mistake yet by trying to order a steak breakfast bagel.Yes, I got scolded at the box and both windows. Than they asked me to pull up. They than Forgot they pulled me up, they forgotabout me. They Forgot an entire sandwich, everything else I ordered got cold while we waited for another eternity for onesandwich. Once I got home I found my poor little round egg mcgriddle burnt and (I've never seen one burnt before this day) halfopened in the bag. To me it looked like it was passed around for inspection to see if the burnt egg could be seen and would passoff for a normal egg. I was totally shocked and disappointed in everything that night, including the managers behavior. Iusually do not complain with food, but this is just not right.
