Ordered food, noticed empolyee at pick up window pick her mouth with no gloves and then started touching food. I walked out.
1. Employees are rude and slow. Several times, I've had to ask them to come take my order at the register after watching them... mess around in the back room. Cmon. 5 people working and none of them can be up front? Lol 2. The manager is rude andunprofessional. I watched him burn croissants and proceed to make them into sandwiches for people. He is rude to his employeesas well. 3. Today, I ordered my usual drink with light ice. They filled my medium cup only halfway. When I told them I've neverhad such little amount when ordering light ice before, all they said was they could add more milk. I told them to just fill itwith ice, as I didn't want to ruin the drink. It also had no flavoring in it. When I told them this, they gave me a small cup ofsyrup (pictured) to pour in to it. Usually when you make a drink wrong, you remake it the right way. Not here, though. Verycheap business. How hard is it to just make the drink someone paid for? It's sad that you treat regulars this poorly. Please bebetter. Read more

I ordered an EVERYTHING BAGEL ???? W BACON EGG & CHEESE. Pretty simple & straightforward. There was hair on it! And IT WAS A... PLAIN BAGEL! People in there seem TOO GOOD FOR ANYONE! In a RUSH & THE PLAIN BAGEL WAS STALE! WON'T BE BACK. When I went back into say something about the hair the girls just looked at me like *OH!* And didn't offer to MAKE THINGS RIGHT! Ordered a couple of times through Grubhub. Who is usually always great. However this location is always out of what ever I... order. Today they were out of plain bagels, Boston Creams, Vanilla cremes, spider donuts etc... I'm okay if you replace some ofthe donuts but I opened my box and they replaced them with plain non-frosted non-filled donuts. That puts the grub hub driver ina tough spot. I Gave her a generous tip and she already drove to the location. I don't want her to not get the tip after gettingthat far. So I reluctantly accepted the order and paid 28 bucks (after tip) for a box of plain donuts and 2 non plain bagles.Waste of money. Read more
Wow. Ordered curbside service with app. Had baby in the car. Very few Customers in the store. Waited 15min and nobody came out.... Called store and was told they are busy. Baby started to cry and had to go. Will never ever be back. Service is so bad nowadays. Read more
