Ordered via door dash and never received the order. I spoke directly to door dash and was told to contact the store as the... driver was advised that the order was not made and wouldn?t be ready for over an hour. I contacted the store 3 times and washung up on all 3 times before I could even talk to anyone about the issue. As soon as I said I was calling about an order thatwasn?t received, I was hung up on. Called back a 4th time and asked for a manager. I was transferred, but was on hold for over45 minutes and then the line disconnected. This was a $60 order for an office full of people. I will never use this locationever again! They clearly don?t care about customer service or even speaking to people. Bad all around! Read more
Think I?ve only done a total of 3 google reviews this being 4 maybe.. but this place is horrible. It?s a mile from our house and... we have stopped eating pizza as much since experiencing this one. My husband loves stuffed crust though so occasionally we willtake a go at it. Took over two hours for one delivery and was suppose to be dinner before my husband left for work that night.He had to go pick it up instead bc when we called something happened. Then next time we order pick up go to pick it up around1130 or so and the doors were still locked and lights turned off nobody answering phone and store was suppose to be open.Tonight we order and I pay for 4 ranch which they charge for and didn?t receive one. It?s one thing for the restaurants thatdon?t charge extra for those things but when you charge 4 dollars for ranch and I give a tip that?s being out an extra tendollars for what I?m such a hard world already? I?m a server i get the struggle of forgetting things but this place is beyondconsistent in there mistakes. Read more

The food is great if you get the right order. Had someone else's pizza delivered to me and took em forever to bring back my... order. Plus the manager said he was gonna give me 40$ credit and he never did. Pathetic I tell you. Read more
Was ordering there alot , everything was fine but then they took some of my favorite things off the menu, like garlic Knott's... and the garlic butter crust for pizzas , so I don't order much any more but the last time that I did try to order , I calledand placed an order and instead of being connected to the store I was connected to their answering service that took my orderand said that it would be delivered and the order never came! I ordered online an it said it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes I also used the drive thru window. I arrived 20 minutes after... ordering sat at the Window for an additional 45 minutes and not 1 time did an employee open the window an give me an explanationor anything! 3 employee stood at the computer am register that is located right beside the Window all 3 looked at me but justignored me sitting there along with the other 2 vehicles behind me. I tried to go Inside but doors were locked, when my orderwas finally ready it was wrong so I had to wait even longer no discount apology nothing! Even worse when I got home both Pizzas where bad cheese was chunky like cottage cheese and the crust was so thin the pizza fell apart and was floppy an flimsy I wish Icould post a picture and I spent 47$. Will not order here again. Pizza Hut has always been one of my son?s favorite restaurants. I have ordered from this particular... Pizza Hut frequently. Despite often receiving a lower than expected quality of food, we still tip well and don't call them aboutthe food not being up to par. (It?s the one closest to home that delivers). The last straw was calling the store an hour and ahalf after placing a delivery order that never showed up. Only to be left on hold, hung up on, and on the third try calling Iwas told that it is the apps fault and they never received any order. I explained that I have order the confirmation email andmy card was charged. I called the Pizza Hut customer satisfaction number and that was also no help. No offer of a discount forour wasted time or any offer to make it right at all. They said to call back in 3 days if the charge is still on my card. Thewhole point of calling for pizza delivery was to simplify dinner. Not to be charged for nothing, and have hours of the daywasted on trying to get answers and a confirmed refund. The experience we had with this store has made us not want to ever eatat any Pizza Hut again.
