Picked up curbside and the waitress who brought my food was energetic and nice. She did forget to bring my lemonade, but still... nice. Got home after a long day of work with no lunch, ready to eat our dinner and my husbands burger was still bright red onthe inside, my chicken alfredo barely had ANY alfredo sauce and was so dry, and my boneless wings were burnt and tasted likeashes. Called and told the manager on duty tonight (10/7/22) and she gave me a $15 credit. I spent $60 on dinner that nobodyeven got to eat. Disgusting!! Will never be back. Read more
We had the all you can eat boneless wings, slaw and fries. I?m not a fan of boneless wings because well, they?re not wings,... they?re chicken nuggets. So getting past that I ordered them anyhow as they were recommended by my sister-in-law. The wings werevery good (for nuggets ????) and the Buffalo sauce was tasty with just a hint of heat. The fries were cut with skin on. One ofmy favorites, and they also were tasty. The slaw however ???? should not have been called cabbage slaw but rather carrot slaw.It was 75% carrots and then cabbage. Nasty!! I don?t want carrot slaw I want cabbage slaw. Fix it lol. The waitress was friendlyand efficient and for the most part, the restaurant was fairly clean. They have gotten away from disinfecting menus or anythingwhich is a bad thing. Even if we were to ignore COVID, it?s just a good idea to give patrons a clean menu. Free of any nastinessthat may have been left behind from the other people who have fingered them up. Not just viruses but other nasty bugs as well.Don?t be so lazy and clean the menus, ketchup, salt and pepper shakers. Geez ???? Read more
We have been going here for years now. However we recently ordered the curbside pickup and I was overcharged without given an... explanation at all. Mind you we order the same thing every time we go so I'm rather familiar with the costs! When we dine in wealso get drinks and leave a tip, YET our order was more for curbside pickup with no drinks?? I asked for a receipt uponreturning because they forgot our appetizer and to see where they overcharged, however I was given another generic receiptinstead of an itemized one! Why?! This is for Trish, our waitress today. Greeted my grandson and me when we first walked in. She was very professional and talked... about football with my grandson (which he loves). Checked in on us at appropriate times and made sure our glasses were fullwithout us asking. A true asset to the Applebee's family! And, yes, the apps and main course were very good as usual! I used to love this place as it was one of last places I spent mother's day with my brother before he passed away. However, it... use to be great in good and service. Now it's lacking in both. Last time I went here, they sat us down and just threw silverware in middle of the table , not packaged at all. My daughter wanted chips and dip , but they wouldn't even let her change herdip without adding an up charge for an additional one. Time before that I ordered three cheese chicken penne which I love andit was so lukewarm that I didn't even want it. 5 of us had dinner from chicken quesadillas to steaks to chicken and we all loved our meal. Our waiter James was very very... friendly, personable and professional. He went above and beyond to make our dinner enjoyable. Thank you James we enjoyed talkingto you. Read more
The absolute worse experience I have had at the Emily Drive Apple Bees, I went there for lunch on my break from work, I arrived... at 12:45pm, Stood to get seated for about 5 minutes, they were not busy. Got seated. The waitress was so out there, it was verysad. She gave us our menu's. Came back 10 Minutes later to get our drink order, by that time we already knew what we wanted, sowe gave her our food order as well. Then she got our drinks brought them to table, we did not receive our food till 1:38pm, Imind you I had to be back to work by 1:40. Waitress was singing loudly walking around dining room, and when she wasn't doingthat she was on her cell phone with Medicare for her mother. Take break and be on your cell phone. Was rushed to eat lunch toget back to work due to service of the food being prepared. After eating, ask for check, waited 8 minutes, waitress finallybrought check, I handed her my debit card and it took 6 minutes to bring back to me. I did not get to return back to work till2:15pm.
