Placed a mobile order tonight and in my DLT, there was a literal piece of plastic. Called the store to inform them and instead... of the manager trying to fix the situation or even simply apologizing, she insinuated I was lying and argued with me that thereis no way plastic could?ve been in my taco because they ?follow certain procedures? and kept saying how confused she was that itwas in my taco. As if I?m not just as confused, I paid for food that is now ruined and she acted like replacing my food orapologizing came out of her pay. They are not consistent with delivery services closing them down early without any rhyme or reason. You never know if they are... delivering waste money on gas and have to sit in the drive through a half hour to find out! I don't appreciate my time/moneybeinf waisted! Staff is young and unprofessional. Management is aggravated and couldn't be bothered. Worst taco bell in theentire area and I deliver all over the place! They really need to get it together! Went to this location and the mobile app would not work. It kept telling me the restaurant was closing soon and my order could... not be placed, it was 6:10 in the evening. My location was correct on the app. Called the restaurant to see if the hours havechanged or if they could offer a solution or rectify the situation. A man answered the phone and told us he has no control overthe app and there was nothing he can do. Many items are only available on the app, we asked if we can receive the same deals instore since the app was not working. Again the man said no it was out of his control and we would just have to order off themenu in the store. I understand all technology can have issues and problems and it certainly may be out of the actualrestaurants control but whoever this man was, he offered no help whatsoever.
